Couldn't ask for more My brother and I stayed here February 2020. We have very different tastes when it comes to travel; he wants to keep things as cheap as possible whereas I like to enjoy the few holidays I get and splurge a bit. Therefore I was somewhat nervous about our stay as I insisted on staying. Thankfully, Kano Sari completely exceeded our expectations and we both agreed it was the right choice of accommodation. Not only is the property immaculately presented, but anything we needed was swiftly arranged for us and we enjoyed our frequent conversations with all the staff we met. The daily breakfast was delicious and so beautifully presented that it was hard to resist taking a photo. Now our task is to convince the rest of our family that Ubud is the place for us to hold our next family gathering!

Beautiful island of peace in the middle of Ubud We stayed 5 nights at Kano Sari in a gorgeous room. The beautiful bathroom had a large bathtub with a little opening to the nature, plants and flowers. Every detailed is cared for. Lovely furniture, great pool and space around the pool, the staff is there to help with anything (they helped me book a spa retreat which was fantastic). Finally, every day you are served a different, fresh, delicious and rich breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying at Kano Sari. It was a perfect holiday!

The most beautiful Villa in Ubud This winter we were in Ubud with my sister. And I’d like to thank You “Kano Sari” for this vacations! This Villa a truly amazing and peaceful location in Ubud! Extremely clean and beautiful! Lots of greens there, nice breakfast and cuisine in general! And many thanks to the great stuff, who were just quite and friendly to us. I would like to come back again and totally recommend this villa to all who love a comfort, harmony and nature! Love Ya ??♥️

Beyond expectations Our stay was wonderful, the staff was professional, flexible and always willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The service was beyond expectations and customised. On top of that the place is ideally situated in the nature, we had a nice view from the room. We really recommend Kano Sari hotel for a peaceful and hassle free stay in Ubud.

Идеально! Изумительный отель. Расположен недалеко от ценра. На тихой улице. Замечательный номер , Deluxe suit , небольшой но приятный басейн. В номере есть все , что необходимо , и даже больше. Отзывчивый , професиональный персонал . Все сделано с умом. Очень удобно и комфортно. Обратите внимание на карту которую дадут в отеле. Рестораны что в ней указаны , проверены хозяевами отеля. Рекомендую кушать в них. А то город полон туристов , соответственно и покушать можно соответственно. Кстати недалеко от отеля семейный ресторанчик Putu's Wild Ginger - очень вкусный. Очень рекомендую этот отель , мы , если будем еще раз в Убуде , остановимся только здесь. Ощущение что жили в гостях у друзей ?

Like visiting friends Third visit to Bali in three years – and third stay at Kano sari. It gets better and better every time coming back here. Checking in at Kano Sari feels more like visiting friends than checkin at a hotel. Lovely staff, directed by manager Novi with a rear combination of warmth and smooth control. Owner Karen has made this a beautiful place, a quiet haven just a few minutes walk or a quick scooter trip from the busy Ubud centre. Not only in design, but also in maintainance. In spite of the heat, moist and wear&tear, the Kano Sari looks like new – or better – in most every detail. Novi and the staff makes staying here a beautiful experience, where every guest feels special and welcome. As a special gesture, we got to join Novi and Karen on a shopping trip in the Jl Raya Andong street. Novi and the staff also were very helpful with organizing laundry, taylor, transport etc. This time we stayed in one of the two rooms on the top floor of the main building. Great experience, where we loved the view and the good, airy feel of the room and the balcony. This time it was hard leaving. We have booked our fourth stay, bringing the rest of our family and looking forward to celebrate Christmas in Kano Sari.

Rest and relax Once again I ventured to my favourite destination Kano Sari in Ubud. Can’t count how many times I have been here now, but again 1 week flew by. My aim was for a weeks R and R and again I wasn’t disappointed. I hardly moved from the villas and the pool area, and why would I. Karen, Novi and the wonderful staff saw to all my needs large and small. Days just disappeared with massages, books and dips in the magnificent pool. I feel part of the family every time I visit. Luv this place.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME Tucked away in a beautiful quiet street in Ubud is the beautiful Kano Sari Villas. What a find! Has all the delights of five star accommodations. The gardens and rooms are just perfect. The villas are beautifully appointed with huge bathrooms, private sitting areas and very comfortable beds. Karen and her super friendly and attentive staff make this place feel like home. I have stayed in many many places in Ubud and Kano Sari is now my favourite. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in paradise!! I stayed at Kano Sari hotel for 3 nights in early October.   Right from the moment I made the booking I was already impressed.  The hotel manager Novi contacted me right after my booking confirmation  to help me organize a taxi pick up from the airport which was reasonably priced and went very smoothly. I was given a very warm welcome on arrival and was always treated like a member of the family, there is a genuinely relaxed, friendly but efficient atmosphere at this hotel.   All the staff were absolutely lovely and very professional and responsive to every issue no matter how minor, could not ask for more.  The hotel itself is lovely and immaculately maintained, it seems to be designed in such a way that you always feel you have the whole place entirely to yourself even though it was fully booked when I stayed.  The flowers, plants and gardens are beautiful and just what you would expect from a top hotel in Bali.  The rooms are very large and comfortable and the bathroom had an opening directly to the forest so you could hear all the wonderful exotic sounds of the local wildlife while sleeping, I have rarely slept better nor woken to such a wonderful atmosphere overlooking the forest.  There were nice touches in the room such as baskets with a his and hers Sarong for temple visits, mosquito spray, a torch and other thoughtful and practical items that came in useful.  The terrace in my room was very large so I could practice yoga while overlooking the beautiful forest. The breakfast area is right next to the pool and the food is delicious with a wide ranging choice of fresh fruit, oatmeal, omelettes, fresh juices and of course delicious Bali coffee, the breakfast was also included in the price of my stay.  The staff always offer to show you the breakfast menu the day before so you can arrive at a pre determined time and everything is ready right away (or of course you can also just show up when you wish and order in the morning).  The menu changes every other day so you always have an interesting choice of breakfast. Novi is a super efficient, friendly and approachable manager and each time I came back to my room from eating or from a massage appointment (the massages on site are excellent!) it had been made up and fresh flowers placed in the room.   She and the rest of her staff truly care about making your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, I've been to hotels where the smiles and service are forced but here they are totally authentic and they truly do want you to really enjoy your stay with them. The staff even provide a tiny portable phone on arrival that you can take everywhere and then call if you ever get stuck or need anything like a taxi pickup arranged.  The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the center of ubud, i never needed to take a taxi when visiting ubud and always enjoyed the walk to the town center.  The hotel staff were very helpful in providing dining recommendations in ubud and informing me of interesting sites to visit such as the Sarasvati temple and the wonderful monkey forest. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kano Sari and I have been recommending it to all my friends who love Bali. I hope to come back some day soon and stay at this wonderful Hotel again.

Exceptionnel Nous avions pris 3 nuits chez Kano Sari, nous avons finalement étendu pour 3 autres nuits... Mon top 1 des meilleurs hôtels. Cet endroit n’est que classe et raffinement. La propriétaire est une dame Australienne, le service est VRAIMENT exceptionnel, assuré par Novi et son équipe, digne des plus grands hôtels. Les chambres sont splendides, avec une magnifique salle de bain extérieure. Très belle piscine à débordement sans un écrin de verdure. Le centre d’Ubud n’est qu’a 10min de marche, 15 pour l’hyper centre, mais on vous prête un téléphone local pour que les chauffeurs (hyper disponibles) vous déposent et viennent vous chercher si vous le souhaitez. Coin massage magnifique. Délicieux petit dej à la carte qui change tous les jours. On se sent vite comme chez soi, et moi qui aime d’habitude bien changer, je sais ou je loge si je reviens à Ubud :)

Kano Sari I'm coming back We're home & already absorbed by the everyday but a return to Kano Sari Ubud seems foremost in my thoughts . We could certainly have done with another evening sunset under the pavillion of that splendid tropical paradise garden, scented with the day's new blossoms; another G&T in the excellent company of our host Karen and the other guests of the Ubud Writers Festival - such great conversation. The attentive and kind staff made it so easy to be there. I wish i could wake up tomorrow to a Bali breakfast of black rice pudding with coconut...ooh. I would advise anyone considering a stay in Ubud not to miss Kano Sari.
