Dear Magaña, We do not wish to work with you. We are professionals! You contacted us on 9/25/2024 at 1:20 PM, and I sent you an estimate at 2:29 PM the same day, with all the information that you provided me over the phone. You signed the Mover’s agreement and sent it back to us at 3:16 PM the same day, and you submitted a deposit of $50 to secure your moving date and time. (the deposit is not refundable unless you cancel you move within 24 hours) If you sign any agreement or document, you need to verify if everything is correct before you sign it. you called me on Friday 9/27/2024 at 10:11 AM to add a washer and dryer to your inventory. While I had you on the phone, I verified with you the address where we would be starting the move the next day, Saturday 9/28 at 8:30 AM, and you confirmed with me. The movers contacted you on your moving date at 7:58 AM to let you know that they would be arriving in 30 minutes, and you got upset with them because they called you "too early" (that is our protocol, and you knew that ). The address was wrong, yes, but that is what you provided to us, and you also signed the agreement with that address. Additionally, you were disrespectful and used inappropriate language with all of us. You got so angry that you canceled your move right on the spot at 8:38 AM. and the different between your Wrong and Correct address was 5 minutes away. I'm sorry, but I will not let anyone disrespect my team, not to mention mock them, simply because they don’t speak perfect language like you. The truth is that they speak a second language that you can’t, and clearly, you should!
