Disappointed and Deceived by Top Tools Machineries
I am deeply saddened and frustrated by my recent experience with Top Tools Machineries. I purchased a car wash machine called K Max, investing a significant amount of money expecting a high-quality product. Unfortunately, what arrived was not the K Max but a completely different model: a Benford.
I immediately reached out to Top Tools Machineries to rectify the situation, only to be met with further disappointment. The representative I spoke with insisted that I had dialed the wrong number, despite using the contact information provided on their official website.
Determined to resolve the issue, I returned the Benford machine, hoping for a prompt resolution. Instead, I was left out of pocket, having paid a premium price for a product I did not receive.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Top Tools Machineries. The lack of accountability and customer support has left me feeling betrayed and regretful of my decision to trust this company.

Wouldn't bother. On the phone you ask them a question they will say they have the product. After that when you try to ask for prices, photos, they just don't care. Horrible customer service. I can only imagine how it would be if you bought something from them. There would be no after care service
