Had an absolute fantastic time here and will definitely be back! The chalet itself was top class and the owners took great care of us, making sure we had the best time. The nearby skiing was good fun, with plenty of slopes that offer something for both novice and experienced skiers – and with the ample nightlife options even non-skiers will have a great time; we certainly did! Thanks again for the great time and all the memories.

What a holiday! The chalet was amazing, the rooms were lovely and the service and catering even more. We particularly loved the terrace and the dinning room. Would definitely recommend:)

I took my work colleagues (10 people in total) to stay for a week in Chalet Garibaldi in March. The chalet was great (views from the dining room are amazing), the hosts made lots of tasty food and there was plenty to drink. Jay and Laura, the owners, were also really helpful, making recommendations and driving us up the mountain. Oh and the skiing was fantastic too! Would highly recommend this great value chalet. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Jora. Chloe and Margherita were wonderful hosts, the Chalet was lovely and the food was excellent. It was my daughter’s 8th birthday whilst we were there so they let her choose the cake of the day on her birthday. The chalet was cleaned daily and towels provided. The chalet was an ideal size for our party of 10. It was our first time in Bansko/Bulgaria so felt like a bit of a gamble but Laura from Total Chalets was so helpful even prior to booking. She was able to advise on flights, transfers (included), ski passes and also where to hire. We used Ski Mania on their recommendation and could not fault them. The shop is located 2 minutes from the Gondola and they let you store your equipment there overnight. We had some of our own equipment and there were no problems storing it in the chalet and fitting them in the mini bus for the transfer up to the shop in the morning. Bansko itself is a lovely resort. We were very lucky with the gondola wait times as I understand these can be long later in the season. There are also lots of local restaurants, bars and takeaways to choose from when the hosts have a well deserved night off! Having stayed with what we know in France previously, we all came away saying that we’d definitely go back to Bulgaria and Chalet Jora. Thank you Total Chalet and Chloe and Margherita!

Just spent a week staying at Chalet Mila and it was awesome! Marios and Eleni were great hosts serving excellent food and keeping our drinks topped up. They organised a great trip to the local thermal pool and also massages at the spa. The chalet was cosy and we loved the cute old town. Skiing was surprisingly good (given it was hot and sunny!) with near empty slopes as it was the final week of the season too!

Well catered chalet in an easy location for town. The hosts were excellent with their cooking and helpfulness for all our needs. Highly recommend if looking for a chalet in Bansko.

Awesome Chalet and awesome staff! Will be back for sure!
