I got a spray tan for my wedding and it didn’t even last on my skin for my wedding day. It was splotchy, and worn off after 2 days even though I followed their instructions. The front desk was extremely rude, not welcoming at all, they just act like they are better than everyone. No smiles, barely said hello.
I booked a $65 rapid tan and was supposed to recieve 50% off since it was a wedding tan special they had. I still somehow ended up paying $58.
I will never go back and I highly do not recommend.

Disappointed and disfigured
I’ve been a loyal client at Totality Med Spa for several years without any major issues, but my recent experience has really left me disappointed. I went in for a simple lip filler touch-up and was advised not to add more filler there—which is fine—but instead, they suggested I get my chin and cheeks done. Unfortunately, after that procedure, my chin ended up noticeably uneven on one side.
I reached out right away with pictures, and they told me to just wait until my follow-up appointment to see if it was just swelling. Well, I’ve now had that follow-up, and the asymmetry hasn’t improved. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting the mistake, they want me to pay for a whole new syringe just to fix the unevenness they created. I don’t need filler anywhere else, and it’s really frustrating to be asked to pay again just to fix something that should have been done right the first time.
In summary, while I used to have a great experience here, I’m really disappointed by the lack of accountability this time around. I hope they can do better for other clients in the future.

I initially left this medspa very happy with my results. The filler in my chin looked great at first, and I was happy with the appointment overall. However, a couple of weeks later I noticed dimpling in my chin area and reached out to the office by text and phone. I was told it would resolve on its own.
At my checkup a few weeks later, I brought it up again to the girl who saw me, but apparently she never documented that conversation. When I reached out again later about the same concern, the doctor responded by essentially implying I was lying and sent me screenshots showing how I had said I “loved my chin.” While I did express that I liked the filler, I also mentioned on multiple occasions that the Botox wasn’t right those are two separate things. It’s not my fault if their notes weren’t updated accurately. The doctor did offer to fix it, but after being made to feel like I wasn’t telling the truth, I didn’t feel comfortable returning.
Also, during my initial consultation I only asked for filler in my chin. Instead of keeping the focus there, I was given a list of other things they thought I “needed,” including filler in my lips, Botox under my eyes, and filler in my nose. I can handle that kind of feedback, but not everyone can and it can be upsetting to come in for one specific area and leave with a list of perceived flaws.
I really wish my experience had stayed as positive as it began. I’m not leaving this to be negative, just to share what happened and hopefully help them communicate less defensively and document things better moving forward.
Love my results! The team at Totality Med Spa was so kind and made my Botox treatment quick and easy. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is beautiful. I walked in not 100% sure what I needed. These girls jumped in. They immediately collaborated with me. Super knowledgeable. As we were discussing options they were finding me discounts making sure I get the most out of the money I'm spending. No high pressure sales. Just super down to earth girls girl energy with incredible results.

When I arrive I feel like I am greeted with warmth and acceptance, (#lgbtq #safespace #transsafespace #ally) they all remembered me by name after one visit and all made a point to atleast say "hey, good to see you" and checkin/chat with me. (I've come back for my 3rd visit already today).
And after today, I feel like I am truly appreciated and even celebrated, for just being me, as me, just as I am, while supporting me to make the right choices for me and my blossoming as *to-be long term* patient.

The absolute best place for all the things. Maureen and Nicole have done my injections and they are exceptional and take the time to listen to my concerns.
