North to South Vietnam
Wow wat an amazing tour we had in Vienam. A big thank you to Vietmamtours from South Africa and Seni World. Their service was outstanding, every detail taken care of. For extra info they were just a whatsapp away...always in contact. I planned my Itinerary and they customized it to perfection. Anna and Huyen you are real stars♡ Thank you to Twitch to who helped with the itinerary at the start of planning the trip. Would highly recommend them. OH AND THE FOOD!!! SO DELICIOUS, LOVED THE EGG COFFEE

Excellent vacation trip arranged by Vietnamtour.in
I visited Vietnam with my family for a 5 day trip with the complete travel itinerary planned by Vietnamtour.in. I got their reference from a cousin who had also used their services for his Vietnam trip last year.I reached out to them by filling out a form on their website. And within 2 hours, I got back an email response a ping on WhatsApp by one of their agents named Jasmine. Jasmine was extraordinarily professional in all her interactions with crisp and clear communications. All the planning and discussions of various itinerary options happened on WhatsApp (which was super convenient for me as I have a busy work schedule and cannot spend much time on the phone talking).The options they gave me were excellent and very reasonably priced. They all took care of getting the e-visa for myself and my family. And even this process was super smooth and efficient with all documents being shared via WhatsApp. I got the visas well in time before my travel. The payments were handled very smoothly as well.A day before our travel, a WhatsApp group was created with Jasmine and another person named Lumi from their operations team. And all communications from that point onwards was in that WhatsApp group.They sent us all the details of who the driver would be who would pick us up, the driver's name, contact details and the vehicle number. They would send us the itinerary for the next day and what time we need to be ready, what time we would be back etc.Since we are vegetarians, they made sure that we got vegetarian food in all the meals that was arranged by them. They even gave us the option of choosing either Indian cuisine or Vietnamese veg cuisine (we went with Vietnamese for all our meals). In the WhatsApp group, they would even share the menu of what we would get in our meal.All the hotel bookings, sightseeing bookings, cruise bookings were done perfectly with no confusions anywhere. Since we have booked the private tour options, we got our own private English speaking guide. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful.Overall, I am very satisfied that I planned my trip with Vietnamtour.in and would recommend them highly for anybody considering a trip to Vietnam. I believe they also do tours in Cambodia and Laos. I will definitely use them again when I visit those countries.A special shout-out to Jasmine and Lumi who were exceptionally good in managing our trip and ensuring that we had a flawless trip and very enjoyable vacation!!!!

The trip was expertly organized by Nancy and Tracy, making our time in Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, and Hanoi unforgettable. The Indian restaurant was a highlight, and our guides were excellent. However, the refund process for our onward flight could have been communicated more effectively. Highly recommend their services!

A Memorable trip indeed 🎊
We had this memorable and amazing trip our first time to Vietnam. It was a pleasant and comfortable trip courtesy the itinerary prepped by the travels and the tour guides that accompanied us who added a little humour to their stories. Wondeful Vietnam trip
We had a great experience in Vietnam on our recent 9-day trip arranged by Vietnamtour. Sarah was our coordinator and she did a fantastic job arranging everything from our hotels to our visas and all day-trips. We had a request for vegetarian food and she made sure our request was passed on to the different tour guides on each day. I would highly recommend Sarah and her team for anyone planning on a trip to Vietnam.

Satisfying trip with Vietnamtour
We recently went on a 9-day trip to Vietname organized by Vietnamtour. The whole trip was well-organized. Our travel consultant, Sarah, helped us with planning the trip and fine tuning it to our requirements. She was very patient at every step and always followed through with whatever she promised.During the trip, Sarah and her team would update us every day on the plan for the day and would check in with us every day to ensure everything was just right. We had a minor hiccup with one of the hotels and Sarah jumped in to recity the situation. She is very dedicated to ensuring a smooth and fulfilling experience for her customers.Great job by everybody at Vietnamtour. Tour in Cambodia and Vietnam @ Seni World Travel
Francesca at Seni World Travel is the best you can ask for. Firstly she planned every aspect of our tour. If we wanted to add something, she incorperated it and gave wonderful suggestions. She planned transfers for every flight and tour. Everything to the finest detail. On the tour everything worked out as planned. We were supplied with all the detail we needed. Eg. the driver's name, registration number and time of pickup. Francesca wasn't only available during office hours. Whenever I sent a WApp, she almost always answered in a short time. I hope Seniworld realise that they have a jewel and wonderful asset in her. Later one of her colleagues, Le Thuy Huong, joined in to provide information. Thanks to her as well. When we wanted to do a private tour, they also assisted us with information although they didn't benefit from it. Thirdly, but not least. The tour was very well priced seeing that EVERYTHING was already included. We only needed pocket money for our own purchases and tips.Lastly I want to thank Seni World for the complimentary meal they gave us in a Michelin 2023 restaurant in Hanoi. What an experience! Also for the gifts Francesca gave us when we met in Hanoi. Seni World Travel - you are the best.

A Pleasant & Delightful Experience
Mine was an unexpected plan to visit Vietnam. After so many searches shortlisted them and it was a good choice. The tour was flawlessly organized and carried out. The accommodations were excellent, and the schedule was carefully planned to include all the must-see locations. Had the chance to experience their culture, sample a range of regional cuisines and meet and chat with fellow travelers, which really enhanced the trip.I would especially like to Thank our organizer and guide Ms. Nancy for all the support extended prior and during the trip. Her warm, professional demeanor and outstanding skill to make sure everything went without a hitch till we returned home made the experience even more delightful.Personally will be visiting again soon to cover the balance of the beautiful country of Vietnam.
