I absolutely love my apartment home! It's beautiful, bright and spacious. The many staff members are dedicated and hardworking, including the concierge staff, maintenance/janitorial, and security. Also, the wonderful amenities like The Cafe, Rejuvenate Salon, Luxor Mail/Package services, and having a dedicated parking spot are fabulous! I'm thankful and blessed to have chosen The Towers as my new home!😁💝🏡

UPDATED FRIDAY NOV 15TH 2024… Do NOT move here if you value a clean and safe living environment! My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My roommates and I moved in around June, and by August/September of that same year, we started noticing roaches everywhere. Despite repeatedly informing management about the infestation, they’ve done little to address the issue properly. It’s now been months, and the roach problem is still ongoing. It’s unfortunate when you move somewhere when cost of living is so high, so trying to get out to move is very hard but we’ve had enough and want out immediately. While the landlord seems quick to enforce rent policies and take extreme measures to collect, like charging $530 in legal fees, there’s no urgency or accountability when it comes to maintaining a habitable environment for tenants. We requested to be on a weekly extermination schedule, were told we were but didn’t get that whatsoever. Living with roaches has made daily life uncomfortable and unhealthy. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want peace of mind and a landlord who genuinely cares about the well-being of their residents and not just the money. There’s work on the balconies happening so if you work nights, have a baby, want to sleep in some off days - expect very noisy building work. When neighbors are noisy, they need multiple complaints before helping us correct the noise. M O L D - There’s mold growing in my bathroom as well. I’ll be leaving a review everyday until i’m out of here to spread awareness that The Towers At Wyncote, is N O T how it appears - so clean and fancy.

There was someone else working with her that day. I think her name was Anabel I noticed they were the only ones working but WOW was I impressed by the way these two ladies ran business that day. It was My Absolute Pleasure working with Anabel, She made the entire process as smooth and easy as could be. She was efficient prompt and so patient throughout this process.. She was available to answer every phone call and email in a super timely fashion. During the tour, Anabel made me realize that this is totally where i wanted to live!

Last Saturday I scheduled a tour at the Towers of Wyncote. Michelle Montalov did a wonderful job showing me around and what you guys had to offer. She was super nice and very informative. The whole apartment hunting is very new to me because it's my first time moving out. I was definitely nervous about all of it. Michelle did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The apartment is fine and like the location because it close to a lot of stores. people here are friendly and the building is clean. I am not far from my family is another reason for me moving to the towers. my family was by to look at the place and they stated its a good place for me and they will be visiting a lot. - From a verified resident on Apartment Rating. Looking for a great apartment home, well come and check out the Tower at Wyncote it’s a friendly and family place to live. A gated community with all the amenities with exceptional administrative, maintenance and security staff.

I've been living here for about 3 years and a few months now nice place to live maintenance comes on time when you need work done administration put effort in handling issues . Its been 6 years I have been living at Gardens at Wyncote nothing change still business oriented in time with everything care for the tenants right and responsibilities.

Andre Walker really eased my anxiety by helping me navigate the portal. He was a blessing and I really appreciate his patience.

I recently moved into this apartment housing, it's in a great neighborhood. The area is not only safe but also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rent is surprisingly affordable for the quality and location, which is a huge plus. I’ve found it to be a great value compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the management team has been fantastic. The agents are responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about their tenants. They made the application process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in a desirable neighborhood with excellent support from management.

Michelle is such an amazing supportive individual! She not only was patient with my process, but she also went above and beyond for me. Her communication was excellent and her customer service was A1! It was such a pleasure working with her and she truly helped me tremendously. That is extremely hard to say about leasing managers nowadays that are typically rude, ignorant and completely unhelpful.

Michelle was absolutely amazing during this process! For being in a time crunch, Michelle was efficient and so hard working, proving she truly was there to “Welcome me home to Lindy.” Michelle made not only me, but my family extremely comfortable and confident in our choice of renting an apartment.
