Yosenny took great care of us, and the team of cleaners were incredible. Every detail they could have gotten to they did. Even our cabinets are in color order! Truly detailed work, and a kind / caring team to work with.

I wouldn't recommend Town House Specialty Cleaning. Setting up the appointment involved many back-and-forth emails, with long response times. Questions we sent in email (such as "do I need to be there to let you in") went unanswered. They assured us that our building had their insurance on file, but when I got there, it didn't, and they didn't contact anyone. Once I got that settled, they were able to clean the windows. They sent two cleaners. The cleaner who cleaned my bedroom did a great job, but the living room windows are still grungy. When they were leaving, they asked how I was paying. I showed them that the email where I asked for service said I could pay by check, but they said I could also pay in cash. I asked how much I'd pay in cash and they didn't know. They also had no idea who the person who emailed me in the first place was. I had to specifically ask them to email me the invoice, but they didn't include an address to mail the check!

I found them randomly on Google. Scheduled an apartment cleaning and was able to get it done for the following week with the help of Alex ( my point of contact within the company). He was very helpful and informative as this was the first time I used this company. The cleaning staff that came to clean my apt. was very thorough and was very happy with their work.
