My home flooded with sewage 5 days after my son was born. As a result, our bathrooms were gutted along with many of our walls and hardwoods. Our family (including 4 kids under the age of 5) were displaced for over a month while everything got sorted. Talk about a postpartum nightmare!

That said, Jose, Aisbel, and the team made the restoration process almost enjoyable (that’s saying a lot given the situation.) They were professional, patient, communicative, and thorough. Thanks to the team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail, our home looks lovely. We would trust them again with any future renovations.

I had an overflow that ran for 3.5 hours, causing flooding to my first floor and basement. From day 1 Terra Pro went above and beyond. They were able to move some things around and get out to see me immediately. Jose Marquina was the supervisor assigned to my claim and was nothing short of AMAZING. He and his team were very easy to work with. In summary this team can in and dried the damaged materials, removed damaged walls and flooring, sprayed for mold, repaired walls, painted, gutted all floors on the first level and relaid new wood and tile. The communication was exceptional and they accommodated any request I had. A lot of places would have just done the work and left, but these guys wanted to make sure that every detail was too my liking and approval. I would easily recommend them to friends and family without any concern. Thank you to Aisbel Nava for helping with materials selections and Carlos Peroza for the packing out and in of all the furniture that had to be moved to lay down the new floors. I am grateful to you all for your hard work in getting my home restored.

I recently had mitigation work, cabinet repairs, and flooring installed by this company, and overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, they were professional, and the quality of their work was impressive. The cabinet that sustained water damage was repaired seamlessly, and the flooring installation was done to a high standard.

Every person I interacted with was friendly and responsive. Whether I called or emailed, they consistently got back to me quickly, which helped make the process much smoother. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions in detail.Overall, I will definitely consider them for future projects. Highly recommend!

My insurance claim was approved on a Monday and TerraPro had a crew out on that following Friday, Saturday and completed the job on Monday. First of all kudos to my project manager Aldina which was not only very knowledgeable and easy to work with but an all-around genuine person. Time was taken to explain and showed genuine concern. Each crew that worked in my home were very professional and did a really good job at fixing my issues. If I had a third thumb it would be a three thumbs up. This is the first time that I've ever had to have work like this done in my home with a company but I would recommend them to any of my friends or family!
