I saw Sam for a Gel X appointment and she was amazing! The service was top tier, and she really made a point to walk me through all the sizes to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend, I am so happy with the results!

10/10. Would go back in a heartbeat. Jen was amazing. I was in town for work and my nails were a complete disaster, having been severely damaged by a nail salon at home. I had a full set of gel-X put on and they look super, fit my tiny hands perfectly (other salons often try to use tips that are too big), and have stayed on without the slightest lift for two full weeks already. Normally I can’t keep them on for a full week, even, before they start popping off. Will go back every time I’m in Chicago!

I was in a rush to get my nails done last minute for date night, turns out, it was to get proposed to! I got gel-x done with Tatiana and she was SO nice, and very accommodating to my short time frame. Regardless of time, she still did a very good job! The place and tools were clean, and sanitized, so thankfully I felt at ease with kind of quality of service I was getting. Definitely will be returning again!

Had Jen do my wedding nails and she went above and beyond for my big day!

We made appointments in advance for the services we wanted and were very specific/clear. But when arrived there was a big confusion on who is getting what done and who is going to do it. Seemed like everyone was very inexperienced/not qualified and that was very clear in the end results. A simple pedicure took over an hour and looked very botched. See photos. Communication was very limited and was not very clear who was in charge! Overall very disappointing experience, not very clean, staff with bad attitude not worth the price and a very unprofessional vibe! UPDATE 1: I will email you the requested information. The reason you are not able to find my name in your booking is because your staff put my name in as Nailing after I saw her write it down correctly on a very busy messy piece of paper. Attention to detail is very important, you also spelt my name incorrectly! In addition, my niece who got the pedicure you see on the photos also got Gel X on her hands despite wanting acrylics. We were all visiting Chicago at the time. Now she is in Europe with pinched and itchy cuticles. Overall just bad! UPDATE 2: Sadly this business managed to be even more disappointing as they offered a refund for the botched pedicure IF I was willing to remove my review! After that message I decided not to respond to their conditional refund! Because I was hoping they had work ethics. Then they messaged me again to say that my refund was on its way and if I wish to keep the review on google, they will honor my decision! So after a month and a half later still no refund. So I followed up and they said they will check and get back to me, again no response so when I followed up again they said “Hello we asked you to remove the review before the refund was sent and the review is still active”! I corrected their false statement and send them a screenshot of their own words that a refund was in its way ….. then no word was said again from them. I don’t need your refund you need to put that money towards good business practice! Hopeless business with a heavy focus on social media and image but just plain BAD QUALITY OVERALL!

My review is about Nina! She is wonderful! She has been a nail tech for over a decade in her home country and started here less than a month ago, and you can tell how amazing she is based off her perfectionism! If you’re visiting, make sure to book with her! I’ve gotten so many compliments! I would highly recommend and come back and book with Nina over and over again!

Had a waterless Russian Pedicure and it was amazing!!! I highly recommend

Unexperienced people working there. The first person had the drill up way to high and it was burning my toenails. They then sent someone else from the back, pedicure was done, but I had to ask her to clean from underneath my toenails. My $100 pedicure looked very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Heyy I love Aida the way she did my nails was so wonderful she made me feel so welcomed it had been a while since I got my feet done since my daughter passed away and I knew my feet were horrible but she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed thank you!🥰 I would love for her to continue to do my manicure and pedicure🥰💅🏾

I literally received theeeeee best service I’ve ever had. Ask for Lullia. I got a structured manicure and gel pedi. I’ve had done the gel builder (structured) process at different locations across the country and NO ONE had executed with such precision as this shop. A week later i still can’t get over how beautiful they are. Also THE PEDI! My heels are softer than they ever been!!

There were 3 of us that wanted to get a pedicure. We walked into the salon and the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and respectful. She worked with their staff to ensure they could get all 3 of done at the same time. It was a very pleasant experience and they did an amazing job. My feet felt awesome! Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!
