Still waiting for someone to come and sort my letter box out that yous fitted less than a year ago. Haven't heard anything back from the company as they have blocked both myself and partner.
Please Avoid this company as they just block you great customer service skills there.

Update no one gets back to you letterbox rusting after 6 months. Emailed WhatsApp and Facebook messenger nothing back
