Not good for navigation
Bought 2 eSIMs for Vietnam. Works in Hanoi only but weak signal, 3G which is not useful to navigate around. There’s no signal 50 km out of Hanoi. Luckily friend bought Viettel sim card in city and have signal everywhere including the mountains or we have no navigation. Ditched the eSim after 1 week (30 day plan) and bought Viettel SIM card and still have signal whilst the other phone with the eSim lost signal on way to Cao Mai. Where there is signal only 3G.

Excellent value and coverage.
I bought 4 x 8 country 10gb cards for East Asia. Worked great on 4 iPhones. Got email response straight away to say processing. eSIM came through about 2 mins later. Very simple to install with clear instructions. Data worked straight away in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Expiry issue resolved
Subsequent to my previous review, I did manage to get a hold of someone on the live chat after a few hours and issue was corrected by sending me new QR code. Hopefully it will work properly once at my destination. So 4 stars given for quick resolution.

No QR code to activate the eSIM
The email with the eSIM didn’t contain the QR code or the details required to activate it, see the attached pictures. They also didn’t respond in the “live chat” when I asked if they could fix the situation
