This is a wonderful mail service. I have used them for over three years now as I moved from the US. Lisa does a fantastic job storing my mail and also informing me if anything important comes in. She will scan and send it to me if important. I highly recommend them for all your mail service and secure post box needs.Angela

This individual was a homeless person that has mental health issues that we honestly tried to accommodate. The USPS had miss scanned an item as if it were delivered to our business, which has happened tin the past and we have received packages from them that were not addressed to this address that we had to send back to the Post Office. We tried to explain this to her to no avail. We hope that she finds the help she needs as she lives in a homeless encampment in Sausalito with two small children.

John and Lisa take excellent care of all my mailing needs. Local business, incredibly friendly, and they haven’t dropped the ball even once in all the years we’ve been together.
They were also calling themselves “essential workers” from COVID day 1, long before anyone else used the term, in order to ensure everyone’s deliveries continued despite all the uncertainties of the pandemic.
Pro tip for new clients: be thoughtful, don’t leave your packages lying around forever.
Why would anyone ever go anywhere else?
