Worst Experience...... How can you say that how can I expect a good service from you I have evidence that shows that I have completed more than 50%of payment before reaching Goa. I have evidence also which I am attaching with this. Despite of all this the hotel service was good but we didn't get standard food quality. And your tour package failed to make us visit every points that you promised to visit us in WhatsApp. Don't lie over everything. I will recommend everyone not to never ever trust this tourist agency...it's most worst and low. Quality agency.

What do you expect when you are trying to avail services without making payments and going on asking for additional services at free of cost. You should be thanking that the hotels allowed you to stay without making payments until checkout, i guess more than 10 times they followed up on you for non payments. Its really sad how some people want things but are not willing to make payments.

We are traveling Dubai with Travvolt literally it was very bad experience with Travvolt. First of all they are misguided us. They are providing one side transportation during travel. They are wasting our lots of time during shear travelling. They are not fulfilling even itinerary. The low catagory hotel they are providing. Hotel room size is very narrow. In four days they did not call us even once to inquiry us. Travalot only acted as a middle men & handover us to another agent. Overall I suggest to everyone don't weast your money and time to travel with Travalot.

Sorry for your experience with us. First of all we provided for what we had committed. Secondly you did not wish to pay for the services and kept asking for discounts, but you wanted all the premium services in regards to everything. Dubai sightseeing transfer are in sic for everyone unless of course they are wanting private car & are comfortable in paying for the same. Thirdly You did not wish to follow the itinerary and wanted modifications & services as per your convenience which was not part of the package. Fourthly Hotel names were clearly mentioned well before the confirmation. Fifthly our team members and ground staff were in contact with you throughout the trip but you were not willing to cooperate with any.
