Paulette is a wonderful hairstylist. We are so lucky to have her in Kingston. She is patient, highly skilled and kind. After each visit, my hair always looks great and is so much easier to manage.

Finding someone in Kingston that knows and understands our texture of hair is really hard. I was so happy when I found Paulette. Paulette is the type of hairdresser that is not in it only for money. Paulette did a personalized workshop with me to teach me to care for my twin daughters' mixed hair. She provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to wash, deep condition, comb out, blow dry, and style their hair. She . She tailored the session to my needs, and patiently showed me how to do each step. She also gave personalized product recommendations based on what my girls' hair needed. Paulette was kind, patient, encouraging, and professional. I would highly recommend this personalized workshop to anyone who wants to care for their hair (or their child's).

I have been getting my hair done by Paulette for the last few months and could not be happier with the results! Paulette is a very experienced hairstylist who took my short hair and transformed me into a new person. Although getting extensions is a lengthy and stressful process, Paulette and I had a consultation where we went over her rather impressive hair inventory and techniques to decide on what fits best my needs while also considering the condition of my hair. Every installation lasts 2-3 months, with Paullete always finding time to accommodate me and fit me into her hectic schedule! Great service, exceptionally friendly staff, and obviously amazing results! Paulette truly needs to start advertising her impressive hair extension skills!

Paulette has been doing a keratin treatment on my hair for years now and never fails to amaze me! She is attentive and really pays attention to what my hair needs. Paulette recommended Brazilian keratin treatment so that the transition between treatments would be easier, e.g., it would gradually fade out without the noticeable line between virgin and treated hair. Therefore, less breakage. The keratin treatment left my hair sleek and shiny and very easy to work with. Styling is simple, fewer passes with the flatiron and it looks and feels so much healthier. I never imagined my hair could look this straight and be so easy to work with. I’m a few months in and it is still wearing nicely with low maintenance. Exactly as suggested. Amazing service. Paulette is very knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating. Always willing to work with the client to meet their needs. My hair was very damaged from over processing and she gave me a plan of care to use at home. Together we have managed to get my hair back to health. Would definitely recommend. Just be honest with what you're doing at home so she can properly treat your hair.

Definitely the best hairstylist I've ever been too!! Since my first visit , I do not let anyone, besides Paulette, touch my hair. She's amazing at what she does. If you need a retwist or maintenance, she's your stylist. Great attention to detail, very caring , and fun to talk to aswell. 5 stars forsuuure!
