Not very reliable. Price seems to be on the pricier side. Assuming to spend more you would think better but I guess not.

This company was amazing, the technician Lee was prompt, courteous, and solved the problem quickly. Technician arrived within the hour of my early morning call. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely call them again in a time of need.

The temps have been extreme and most of us are running our ACs nonstop. This morning I woke up to standing water under the baseboards of my unit. So, I called after 9 this morning not expecting to get an appt. Brent Johnson, the owner, said the day was booked solid, but he'd make a ticket, and if a service guy was in my area, he'd try to make it by my house. To my surprise, Josh showed up at 1:15 and finished just after 2. He worked diligently until he finished the job and cleaned up the area, AND the cost was well below what I expected. This is not the first time I've had AC/heating problems on a Friday. Every time, Ken's Heat & Air have worked me into their schedule when it was a busy day for them. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
