Don’t expect they will return your deposit after the lease is over……they just find random reasons to keep your deposit……This has happened to a lot of friends as well. So guys, if you rent with them, just count the deposit as a “fee” you will pay.

Bugs everywhere… cockroaches running around in the hallways…pest control don’t do anything. You cannot just ask people to do five starts for you. Come on people, be honest!!

I was a Duke student and I lived here for 4 years. To be fair, the location is great - about 10 min walk to classroom. Saved me a lot money because I don’t need to purchase the campus parking. However, this building is NOT isolated well. If you have nice neighbors or upstairs, your experience would be great. However, if you have a nocturnal and noisy neighbors, you’ll basically be living in a nightmare. Unfortunately my current upstairs is so loud walking across the room, sometimes even after midnight. I complained multiple times to the leasing office but this issue never get resolved. I totally understand that the leasing can’t do much in this case. So important message for future residents📣: this can happen so try to live in the top floor if you can. And for current residents, please please please be considered for others and try not to be heavy footed, especially during normal bed time.

Every stuff who works here are super nice! Great service and always be patient, willing to spend time solving residents’ inquiries. Facilities are nice, prob the best apartment gym around here in Durham. Great job team, keep it up!
