Surprisingly disappointed I really want to love these shirts. I love the fabric. And I love the fit (when I get one that fits.) The problem is I have never seen so many variances in fit from one order. I couldn't help but notice that the shirts in this order were made in 4 different countries. It's no wonder quality control can't be great. I really love the shirt fabric and the fit (the ones that do fit well) but the inconsistency in fit is not worth the money to me. You do get a great price break when buying several shirts at a time but I just can't get over how many different "fits" I got out of the box. And none of the shirts from this order come close to the shirts I got from an order a few months ago. I reordered because I loved the first shirts I got. This order was nothing short of disappointing. Quality control needs to step up.

Toller Kundenservice! Die Shirts kamen schnell aus Übersee an. Leider hat mir der Schnitt nicht ganz zugesagt. Die Abwicklung der Rückerstattung über die Chat-Funktion ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Geld wurde bereits wenige Stunden danach wieder meiner Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben. Sehr gut!

Prices change at checkout During the process of checking out, the prices change with no reason. I already bought a shirt and was happy about it and wanted to buy 3 more. But what a disaster. Shipping costs or vat do not explain at all the price change. I left my cart and got a bot whatsapp message minutes after. I replied and got a new terrible bot message with variables not filled in. What a bad experience.

Great Ts better service Over the moon with these T shirts.. The original order placed was for a 6 pack of xl Ts, however when they arrived I found them to be on the big side. True classic customer service were extremely helpful and got me a large pack sent out straight away

Great customer support The t-shirt are made out of nice material. Unfortunately the shirts didnt fit me. The support team responded so quickly and I got a refund. Thanks for the great customer service!

one thing first... one thing first: I can not understand the bad reviews here. I ordered the first time at True Classic and had made a mistake in the size. The support would be absolutely great, they sent me a smaller T-shirt for free, which then also fit. After that, my order was exchanged for the smaller size without complaint and quickly - at no additional cost to me. The quality I find very pleasant, nice and soft, very good for the summer. The feel of the shirts is also very pleasant. I will order again. Promised.

Les promesses de la marque ne sont pas tenues Des tshirt cher donc on s’attend à de la qualité, c’est seulement 60% coton autant dire très mauvais… j’ai passé le test pour savoir la taille tout est trop grand et d’ailleurs les tshirt n’ont pas tous la même taille alors que ce sont des M. le bras n’est pas resserré ni la poitrine comme annoncé. Même en soldes et en lot j’en ai eu pour 20€ le tshirt environ c’est hors de prix pour une aussi mauvaise qualité. Les retours depuis ailleurs que les us sont payants pour l’acheteur … le seul point positif c’est la douceur de la matière et sa légèreté mais qui du coup devrait coûter moins cher qu’une maille plus lourde. Bref n’achetez pas surtout si vous êtes hors us.
