Tru Green Acadiana and staff did an excellent job communicating with me on services I asked for. I will be contacting Tru Green in the future for additional services. The technician is thorough is his communication and takes pride in his work.

A severe drought in Louisiana last summer, 2023, killed our entire lawn. We hired TruGreen to the rescue. The 1st 2 applications were applied by a young man from Alexandria. We waited for results, but that never happened. Then Robert from Lake Charles arrived, and in just 1 application, we have major success. There are hugh bare spots now where the weeds were, but the grass is growing in beautifully, and the weeds are gone. Robert is very knowledgeable and is a great listener. Thank you TruGreen and Robert! We are on our way to the best lawn this house has had in 32 years.

Our technician Robert Flores has been very polite and informative about the care of our lawn. We really appreciate being informed of when he plans to be here. We really like the way our lawn looks now. The weeds were definitely taking over when we first moved here but not now. Things look great.

We’ve been using this service for about 6 months and have noticed a DRAMATIC difference. Our lawn had been neglected by the previous owners and getting it back to a weed free green lawn was not an easy task to DIY. Robert is our assigned technician and since day 1 has been punctual, detailed, informative and thorough. Our only regret is not starting the day we closed on the house.

This is my second year with you guys. Last year I wan not a all pleased. Last yesr was a very hard year for lawns. We basically had two springs then a drouth. This year this is totally different. I believe we are had a good spring, now going into summer things are looking great. Again I am not pleased with my lawn. I would sure line the Management of Trugreen to schedule a visit to my home. I would like to show him the difference in my lawn they are managing and my neighbors that has done NOTHING but mow.

TruGreen lawn care is well worth the money.

Paid to have weeds killed. Nothing, called and was told they sprayed emergent, to kill future weeds, not weed killer. So I made another appointment for weed killer spray and they never showed up, called, nothing. So I paid over 100.00 for nothing.

Service was absolutely amazing great company

They are very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoy working with them.
