We have no record of your visit, and your comments seem aimed at disparaging an individual rather than providing genuine feedback about our store. You have never been into our store, so your claims about our staff's knowledge and our pricing are unfounded. If you had visited, you would know that our prices are competitive and our staff is highly knowledgeable. The fact that you address our staff member by his forum username, which is not used in our store, indicates the source of your misplaced and petty hostility. It has come to our attention that the staff member in question is a moderator on an online forum where you were recently banned, and it seems you are using this platform to air your frustrations. Our staff is committed to providing knowledgeable and respectful service to all our customers. Justin, We value all our customers and strive to treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Your claims, however, do not reflect the events accurately. We do not judge our customers based on their appearance. In fact, many of our employees have tattoos, so your assertion that we discriminate based on this is unfounded. I compiled the following series of events that I corroborated after spending time talking to several different employees who were directly involved with your visit and reviewing video recordings to confirm the events that transpired. To clarify the specifics of your visit: 1. You entered our store at 12:49 PM on 6/3 and went directly to the gun counter. 2. You expressed interest in purchasing a firearm you had called about earlier. Our associate, who likely has more tattoos than even you, began the process of verifying your ID and having you complete the necessary paperwork. 3. During the process, you mentioned you were intoxicated and had difficulty with the form. Our staff, following federal law, terminated the sale as we cannot sell firearms to individuals who are intoxicated. 4. After being informed of this, you made a concerning comment stating that it wasn't like you were going to shoot anyone that day and then you went outside and laid down on the sidewalk outside our store until your ride arrived. Other customers reported to us that you were harassing them as they approached the store. 5. When you returned the next day to purchase the firearm stating you were sober, our employees were uncomfortable proceeding with the sale due to your previous behavior but offered to assist with other purchases. We are required by the ATF to assess the suitability of every firearm purchase, which includes ensuring the buyer is not intoxicated. Your treatment was based solely on adherence to these regulations, not your appearance. We welcome all customers who comply with these laws. While we regret losing a customer, we stand by our commitment to safety and legal compliance. We maintain that your assertions about our store are unfounded and blatantly false.
