I had an excellent experience working with Bruce and his team at TruPro. Over the course of more than half a year, Bruce guided me through the complex insurance claim process, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. After Hurricane Beryl, he promptly scheduled the re-roofing and interior repairs, minimizing any additional delays. Bruce and Kayla also managed all the necessary steps with the city to schedule the inspection and ultimately obtained a permit. Throughout the entire process, Bruce was an excellent communicator—via text, email, and in person—not only keeping me informed every step of the way but also keeping track of our messages and photos of the job. Additionally, the project contract came with a labor and material warranty, providing peace of mind. It was a pleasure working with Bruce and his dedicated team. The company came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know.

I recently worked with Bruce and TruPro Roofing and was thoroughly impressed. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM to replace my roof and finished by 1:30 PM. The new roof looks fantastic and has greatly improved my home's appearance. In addition to the roof, they replaced my broken power mast, fixed a breaker that wouldn't reset and flawlessly replaced and repainted the ceiling in my bedroom and hallway. Their coordination with my insurance company made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their crew was courteous, punctual and left the yard area spotless. Honestly, it is very important to me, and I appreciate Bruce for his transparency with what is needed for repairs to my roof.

Bruce and I have gone back a few years when he worked at another company, and was my first call when I needed repair on my roof again. I wont use anyone else, as a business owner myself keeping your word and having integrity is the utmost thing a company and man can have. Bruce and TruPro has a dump trailer full!

I have never seen such attention to detail at every step of this process. I have had 5 roofs replaced during my 35 years of homeownership. This by far the best experience ever not only for my roof replacement but any home service work I have ever had done. Examples of excellence: We did not find a single nail any where on our property. A neighbor told me they told her if she happened to get a nail in her tire to let them know. We have large ceramic pots in our landscaping. They had some of their crew members stand around the pots to ensure nothing damaged them. They have checked in three times after the job was completed to ensure no problems had come up. I can’t rate this company high enough. Do not hesitate to hire them for your roofing needs. I wish they did more than roofs!

Great group to work with. They were patient in answering all our questions. Helped us in dealing with the insurance. Crew showed up early, completed the job on time and cleaned up nicely once they were done.

Bruce at TruPro Roofing and his team were awesome. I started not to answer the door when he came by, but I’m glad I did. Bruce was very professional and patient. He was with me every step of the way through the claims process with the insurance company. Initially my insurance company only seen $600 of repair work, which was well below my deductible. But once Bruce took detail pictures, showing all the hail damage and submitted it to the insurance company. Then and only then, were we granted a full roof replacement. The roofers came out and completed the job in one day. The haul off, and the cleanup was exceptional. I almost never write reviews however, TruPro is worth the time. I can’t tell you how excited we were on how things turned out. I have a beautiful roof now thanks to Bruce. Thank you TruPro Roofing

The whole team, Mr. Bruce, Mr. Joel and the roofers crew are very professionals and made the process easy. Mr. Bruce and Mr. Joel are extremely amenable to work with and they do listen to your concerns and questions. They will try to get the best possible solution base on your care, a personalized customer care.

We had a mixture of missing and failing gutters/downspouts in several areas on our house. I called and Bruce was able to stop by next day on a Friday, and the work was completed perfectly on Tuesday morning! He knows his stuff and was able to explain exactly what needed to be done and how it would address our issues.

New roof by TruPro. We are very pleased. Bruce and Joel were very helpful. We got multiple quotes before deciding because we didn’t know anybody. Bruce came out and LISTENED to me. Others came out and told me what I needed without listening to my concerns. Others gave exorbitant quotes and then lowered to match or beat TruPro quote. We felt comfortable with the guys from TruPro and stayed with them. I am so glad that we did. Our roof is beautiful. I will rate again after the roof has been up a while.
