Worked with Jacob from Trusted water system, to replace my failed tank water heater. Jacob replace the old water heater with a new tankless heater. Due to some valve failure as well we were without water for a couple of days. Jacob was extremely responsive to my initial call and got me on the schedule for the next day.

Covering all details such as a good explanation of work to be done to using all new parts per code. Installed a much needed recirculating pump for the back bathrooms as well.
