KEEP ALL RECORDS OF PAYMENT! My original post says it all. I was told “My medical records would NOT be released to me until the nasty review was deleted.” The facts are: $2000 was originally paid. A remaining balance of $918 was settled with my attorney, & $400 was accepted by Dr. Nahali. After loosing my medical records & calling about 10 years later, I was told a remaining $518 was owed because “it’s my 20% after insurance.” A dollar amount was agreed upon & paid as a settlement. Which means, the remaining balance “goes away.” I was told by Mari, the receptionist, my attorney was contacted numerous times for payment. After contacting my attorney, who represented me in my case, the facts were as stated above. NO MONEY IS OWED. This office tried to strong arm me & black mail me into paying something that wasn’t owed to them. It amazes me how this office claims to “not see” any notes of the payment until I called back with facts from my attorney. No, I will not remove my review this time.

Dr. Nahali and Mari Vega is very nice people, they definitely treat you like family and not just a patient. Very patient, outgoing, understanding, helpful, they’re everything you can think of. I was involved in a semi truck accident where I couldn’t reach my company’s insurance and Mari Vega literally called non stop and around to get this information for me and my lawyer. They definitely will fight for you to the end. Im very grateful I’ve found this office for my treatment and for me to be around people who actually cares about their clients.

I was a patient of Dr. David Natali, D.C., EE who treated my neck pain and low back pain at his clinic with non surgical Spinal Decompression treatment. The procedure worked great, and I found his staff to be very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. I was told that they will continue to provide me with therapy care if and when symptoms flare up or exacerbated, which means they really care for his patients. I will never have back surgery, injections or other treatments on my spine, at my age, except Spinal Decompression treatment at Dr. Natali’s place which I highly recommend.

I had a disc herniation in my lower back and leg pain as well. I’m so thankful to Dr. Nahali, he brought me back from being in constant pain to enjoying life again. I definitely recommend this place if you have any back problems.

Dr. Nathali it’s amazing. I have never been here for for my first visit and this doctor explained my whole condition for me showed me my MRI showed me exactly what was wrong An answered all my questions for an hour. I have been trying to get treatment and help for 2 1/2 years And I’ve already been to several doctors who have wanted to perform surgery and fusion, and I refused all of it. Thank God I did because this doctor save me from having a surgery that would have done me in and ruined my life. This doctor told me where to go get help and even was honest with me and told me he could not help me because my Disc were not the problem. It’s a ligament problem. I wish there was doctors like this one.

Dr. Nahali is a conscientious clinician, he listens to the patient, takes his time and explains the reasoning behind his treatment. Mari his assistant is courteous and accommodating. I am so glad I found him and have so much confidence in him that I have referred several people to his office.

The practice is very clean and up-to-date. Dr Nahali and the staff are very professional and with knowledge of what needs to be done so the patients get better and improve their health. I do believe that everyone who has issues with their back, neck or those who have pain in their legs or shoulders, I mean everyone should try the practice. The spinal decompression machine is a great state- of-the-art; it helped me a lot with my back, neck and leg issues. The pain was reduced tremendously in all areas.

Dr. Nahali and Mary are both incredible people. They are both kind and caring for their patient. Their bedside manner and gentle approach is a welcome in this day and age in medicine. Dr. Nahali is a miracle worker. I had an accident 6 years ago and upon my first meeting he gave an extraordinarily amount of time to listen and explain image reports that no other doctor has done. When I walk threw his door I was in such extraordinary pain walking bent over. I am now on my way of becoming upright. I am very grateful to them for his knowledge and gentle approach . Dr. Nahali and Marie his office manager are a Godsend to me, here’s my story: I’ve been suffering from L3-L4 bulging disc and central stenosis, as well as L4-L5 bigger bulging disc and more severe foraminal stenosis for about 3 to 5 years. By January 2023 the condition started to get a lot worse to the level that I couldn’t stand more than five minutes without severe pain/ swelling in my right foot. I’ve consulted with a few specialists in that regard and everybody said the same thing “two surgeries, microdiscectomy and laminectomy” and I didn’t want to go through it because I’ve seen many people who had those surgeries and they were still in pain and on pain killers. I even contacted the Stem cell institute in Panama and was told that I’m not a good candidate for their procedures. I’ve been miserable and frustrated until I heard about a non-surgical spinal decompression procedure, so I’ve contacted Spine Aid in East Orlando and spoke with Dr. Nahali, believe it or not after talking to him I’ve already felt better thinking that there is hope for my condition. I immediately signed in and start with 3 sessions a week and after two weeks went down to 2 sessions a week for the last 6 weeks, and here’s my current status: my right leg/ foot is 100% with no symptoms at all, I walk a couple of miles on the beach 1 to 2 times a week with very slight discomfort/ pain in my left glute, which we are still working on that but the difference is like day and night. The procedure is non-invasive, and pretty comfortable that you may even fall asleep during the therapy. I’m so appreciative of what Dr. Nahali did and still doing for me, and I recommend his office to every one with serious spinal issues.
