cauchemar J'ai été refoulé à l'aéroport d'Istanbul lors de l'escale parce que mon passeport n'avait que 4 mois de validité.Hors pour l'Oubékistan le consulat Français précise bien 3 mois de validité.Dialogue impossible avec les personnes à l'embarquement qui ont meme été agressives voulant meme appeler la police.J'ai perdu 1jour et demi sur mon voyage avant que ça se règle avec l'agence.Lors du trajet marseillle istanbul on avait 40à45 degrés dans l'avion là encore aucune explications ni d'excuses.Compagnie à fuir!!!!

Katastrophe ist Milde ausgesprochen Wo soll man anfangen. Versuche es kurz, was kaum möglich ist. Ab Berlin 2 Std. Verspätung (übrigens keine Ausnahme, 85% dieses Fluges 1-2 Std. Verspätung immer). Berlin - Istanbul 2 Std. Verspätung, während des Fluges seitens Türkisch Airline Umbuchung des Anschlussfluges von 01:35 auf 15:45. Jedoch der ursprüngliche Anschlussflug von Istanbul nach Bangkok hatte auch 2 Std. Verspätung. Also hätte ich den Flug ohne Probleme erreichen können. Ich konnte meinen ursprünglichen Flug zuwinken. Türken Airline hätte ohne Probleme Dieses erkennen müssen. Ich will nichts weiter detalliert ausführen. Nach 35 Jshren Flugerfahrungen.....NEIN NEIN NEIN. TÜRKEN AIRLINE --- Ich bitte allen Menschen auf der Welt. Gebt nur 100 Euro mehr aus, und igt habt ein Gewinn von so viel mehr Lebensqualität. Ich habe fast 24 Std. meines Lebens verschwendet bzw von meiner Lebenszeit einbüßen müssen mit disem Unternehmen. Man müsste dieser Airline die Betriebserlaubnis entziehen. Übrigens: Essen an Board, ungeniessbar, Getränkeservice- Katastrophe, Umgsngston der männlichen Flugbegleiter = Armeebefehle (Laut, unhöflich, schockierend). Wenn Ihr Eure Lebenszeit verschwenden möchtet, bucht Türken Airline. Nein, bitte nehmt jefe andere erltwrite Sirline, nicht Diese!!!!

MASSIVE DELAYS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, NO REIMBURSEMENT All my flights were delayed which resulted in missing connecting flights and 8 hours delay in arrival in both directions. I missed 2 whole days of my 10 day trip-one I could have spent with my family and I had to take an extra day off from work because I arrived at 5 AM in the morning instead of 10PM in the evening. The company refused to reimburse me for the losses. I will never fly with them again.

Turkish airlines do ont care about passages loosing time Used Turkish Airlines for the first time in July to go to Bali with connection flight in Istanbul .But never use again. Due to delay flight from London to Istanbul we lost connection flight to Bali. After walking all massive Istanbul airport finally find help desk, crew members on delay flight refused to help. Managed to get flight a day after and they put us in a hotel far from airport in middle of nowhere. When complaint about a day of holiday lost, nobody comeback to me. Also on return flight from Bali waited over 1 h for the entertainment screen to be fixed needed to ask 4 times.

The worst fight ever The worst flight I've ever taken in my entire life. They charged me €500 for a 20kg suitcase. I'll never fly with that airline again. I never imagined I would go through this humiliation. They wouldn't let me travel because of my suitcase. I had to spend everything I had to pay for a 20kg suitcase. It was humiliating. I don't recommend it.

Third class airline with third class management My family has got type c visa from norwegian directorate of immigration for residence purposes ( letter is attached ). At Bahrain airport boarding was denied because Turkish Airline wanted a return ticket when the passengers were traveling for residence. Family suffered a long stay inside transit area at Bahrain airport and paid hotel for 24 hours. After getting confirmation from Norwegian immigration ( email is attached ) they were allowed to travel. Meanwhile family brought return ticket but now they refused to compensate the family. I recommend everyone to think 100 times before you buy a ticket of Turkish airline.

Avoid Turkish Airlines I will never use Turkish Airlines again! In January I booked and paid for assigned business class seats for an August vacation. 24 hours before our flight I was unable to do an early check-in and I saw our seat assignments were gone. I called customer service and was told because there were multiple legs on this reservation and that the prices had increased, the 1st leg seats were no longer confirmed (made no sense to me either). I was told to check in at the airport to get seats, but it was a full flight so we may not get on the flight. The only way to ensure we had seats was to pay an additional $2000, and that they were giving me a break from the $6000 true increase they could have charged me (lucky me). We had a tour scheduled so had no option but to pay up. Once I paid the ransom, we had seats again, which comically were the same ones we had originally! It didn’t get any better. My business class seat was broken and had to be reset by the flight attendant anytime I wanted to move it. This was especially inconvenient because the flight attendants ignored the passengers the entire time unless they were called. They spent all their time sitting in the front of the plane chatting with each other. I travel quite a bit and I have never seen an airline with such fraudulent practices and such lack of service. When you see they are offering “great deals” don’t believe them, they will find a way to get your money and stress you out along the way.

Absolutely Terrible Experience with Turkish Airlines I am currently stuck in Europe with my service dog because Turkish Airlines refuses to confirm my dog’s cargo reservation. I originally booked a flight with my PTSD service dog in the cabin, but they informed me that they no longer allow PTSD service dogs in the cabin, citing changes in U.S. regulations. After paying extra to change my flight and arranging for my dog to travel in cargo, they still have not confirmed his place. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including the CDC arrival receipt and health certificates, Turkish Airlines claimed there was no space for my dog in the cargo. I’ve had to change my flight again, paying even more, but I am still stuck in Europe waiting for confirmation that may never come. This experience has been frustrating, and Turkish Airlines’ lack of communication and support has made the situation unbearable. I strongly advise against this airline, especially if traveling with a dog. Do not use Turkish Airlines.

Worse experience ever One of the worse airlines. Staff doesn’t know how to smile. Hospitality was very poor and not welcoming. Meals are tasteless. I have travelled with many airlines but so far this is the worse. And on top of that never can understand their online check in questionnaire. They rescheduled flights as they wish and leave passengers on transit for over 24hrs. Would not recommend or will not use again ever.

Never again!! Worse airlines ever. I dnt know where to start. I wasted all that money on business class. The people are so rude. They simply dont care abt anyone and anything. One luggage broken, another luggage delayed for more than a week. Absolute disaster!

Catastrophe Bonjour , le personnel de THY parle très mal et profite de leur pouvoir à dire à chaque fois que tu pose une question il te provoque a dire je porte plainte aujourd'hui il y a la fille de tatlises un chanteur célèbre qui est prie pour cible. Tu voyages mais tu subit. Je préfère faire escale que de monter dans THY c cher pour rien. Sa vaut pas air France

Worst Airline on the Planet. Absolute worst airline I've ever flown. Flight was delayed over 4 hours leaving which caused us to miss our connecting flight in Istanbul. No help from airline once we landed. Waited in 4 different lines to get help and rebooked for the next day. Five hours after we landed we were finally shuttled to a hotel over hour away. There were 4 other buses of stranded passengers at the same hotel, a mass of angry passengers, all trying to get their rooms as well, oh and it was 12am. Thought this was as bad as it could get, but then our flight out with their partner airline (Air Albania) was cancelled and they informed us only Turkish Airlines could rebook our flight. Of course there is no Turkish Airline desk in the Tirana airport, so we had to call Turkish Airlines for help. Spoke with Turkish Airlines 6 different times over 2 days, each time they said they would book us a flight home and call us back. Of course they never called us back. Eventually the number we were calling stopped working. We had to book very expensive one-way tickets home. The only positive thing I can say about Turkish Airlines is that the plane landed safely.

Ne prenez pas cette compagnie Premier vol tellement en retard que ça me faisait rater toutes mes correspondances. Ils m’ont donc fait prendre un avion 8h plus tard (donc on commence avec un voyage de 8h de retard). Puis mon dernier vol a eu 2h de retard. Donc le retard de 10h m’a bien pénalisé. La compagnie n’a pas été compréhensive et encore moins commerciale. Très déçus je ne recommande absolument pas.

No recomiendo volar con turkish Airlines No recomiendo esta aerolínea por el siguiente asunto: Pagué un vuelo ida y vuelta hacia bombay. A la vuelta turkish Airlines, me dice que mi vuelo de bombay a Estambul, lo cambian de hora y de compañía aérea, me hacían regresar con un vuelo de la compañía aérea Indigo, una compañía aérea low cost de la India. El vuelo de regreso fue una verdadera tortura, no podía ni siquiera hacer el checking online, casi no llego a mi vuelo de conexión con Madrid, porque turkish Airlines me cambió de horario y encima el vuelo de Indigo, al ser una compañía low cost, no me daban de comer ni nada de beber si no pagaba por ello y era un vuelo de más de 7 horas. Y como voy a pagar la comida a bordo, si yo ya la había pagado al comprar el billete con turkis airlines? Si te dicen que es vuelo compartido con otra compañía aérea, por lo menos, asegurarse de que vuelas en las mismas condiciones por las que has pagado.

The Worst Airline in Existence Do not go through this airline. One of our flights got cancelled and not a single representative could assist with the issue. Their customer service has been putrid, to the point that it has taken 4 weeks to try and resolve this issue and now we are leaving in two days and it is still unresolved. I have had people lie to me, I have had people hang up on me and I even had one lady claim to be the boss of Turkish Airlines. I will never be flying through this airline again, and if I can save anyone else from this experience I will be happy.
