Wanneer ik hier vroeger zoetigheid kocht, waren vrienden en kennissen er dol op en vroegen waar ik het vandaan had. Helaas is de kwaliteit nu erg achteruitgegaan. Als het goedkoop was, zou het begrijpelijk zijn, maar voor deze prijzen mag baklava niet zo zijn.

Hep ayni lezzet, hep ayni guleryuz ve nezaket..
Burada insan evinde gibi hissediyor. Cig kofteleri kesinlikle rotterdamin en iyisi. Tatar mantisi ve icli kofte favorimiz. Ascinin elleri dert gormesin inanilmaz bir el lezzeti var. Katmerin seker dengesi harikaydi. Yedikce yedirtiyor kendini :). Kesinlikle herkesin ugramasi gereken bir durak.
Everyone should visit this place at least one time and try cig kofte, icli kofte and tatar mantisi. Dessert lovers; go for katmer! You wont regret it!

Heerlijke Pistache baklava samen met een kanjer van Turkse thee ! Echte pistache baklava smaak te pakken gekregen hier, ipv een baklava met ijs/room ondergedompeld in sherbet ergens anders :-)

If you’re looking for authentic Turkish cuisine, this place is a must-visit! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service from the wonderful family from Antep makes the experience even better. Their lahmacun is incredible, and the çiğ köfte is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. As someone who makes a point to try çiğ köfte wherever I travel, I can honestly say this ranks among the finest I’ve tasted. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere when you walk in is super simple and clean which I absolutely love. The woman who works in the front, Bahti, is such a joy of light. She is a very lovely and accommodating woman and really seems to care a lot about her customers more than anything. The food is super simple and delicious and the Baklava is TO DIE FOR! The best Baklava I have ever had by a mile. A must try if you are in Rotterdam. A hidden gem!

Er zijn maar enkele restaurants in Nederland die authentieke lahmacuns serveren - dit is er één van. Je hebt helemaal geen saus nodig om het naar beneden te krijgen, zo goed is het. Hun baklava maken ze ook zelf vanuit scratch. In combinatie met hun unieke turkse thee (het heeft een frisse Early Grey tint op de achtergrond) zit je wel goed voor de dag. Naar mijn mening zijn ze underrated.
