I cannot recommend Twisty Tails Stanmore highly enough! My daughter started settling in at just 10 months old, and I was instantly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They are incredibly approachable, always willing to chat and answer any questions, which made me feel completely at ease as a parent. The environment is nurturing, and I can see how happy and comfortable my little one is when I drop her off. The attention to detail and genuine care they show for each child is amazing. Excellent nursery with brilliant staff that really care about the children and go over and beyond on a daily basis. The brand new facilities are beautiful with plenty of activities being offered including Spanish classes and dancing lessons all included in the fees. Our daughter has excelled since attending the nursery with her language skills improving at an incredible rate. The nursery is lovely and small with the children getting a lot of attention. Could not recommend enough!

Twisty Tails Stanmore is a nursery I will 100% recommend without hesitation. The staff go above and beyond to care for our little one, with regular updates throughout the day and an open line of communication all the time. When our little one was settling in I was always updated on his progress. The team are friendly, kind and nurturing and are very much like family, if not better than some! The food is delightful, all prepped and cooked onsite by their dedicated chefs and our little one’s dietary requirements catered for with no hassle. There is an array of different cuisines which is a firm favourite of mine. The nursery itself is clean, fresh and well looked after. I love that there are different classes for the children during the week too and outdoor play is encouraged. Bijal, Hemali and the team have created a loving fun environment for the children to thrive in. I will be so sad when we have to leave.

Everything about Twisty Tails is exceptional. The team and the management are second to none. All of whom go out of their way to provide the best possible service and care for our little one. Amazing food is tailored to our little one's personal dietary requirements, all prepared on site by their wonderful chefs. Twisty Tails is a rich melting pot of culture and cuisine. My toddler loves attending this nursery and has done since she was only a few months old. She has developed a fantastic relationship with the staff and looks forward to seeing them all in the morning. I have noticed such an advancement in my daughters development and I take great joy in seeing all the new things she has learnt that day. I also have the least food fussiest child thanks to the wide variety of meals the nursery offer. I particularly appreciate how the nursery involve the parents and keep them updated on the children's learning journey.

We visit Twisty Tails Stanmore on a weekly basis to deliver musical Spanish classes. As an external provider coming in to the nursery I am always welcomed by happy, smiley staff and children who are clearly very well cared for. The nursery is exceptionally well run by Bijal and her team. It is always very clean and inviting and the children all seem super happy. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for a home away from home setting for their little one.

My twins recently joined the Twisty Tails Nursery and I would say it’s a wonderful welcoming experience. The Nursery environment is very safe and have a well organised structure. From the moment we stepped into Twisty Tails and met Bijal and Hemali for the first time, we knew it was the right nursery for our son. It's a homely and nurturing environment, where each teacher makes an effort to spend time with him, and as a result, he has such a wonderful bond with all of them. My 18month old son goes to the nursery for the last four months. Bijal and the rest of the support team were very supportive through out the settling in period and continue to do so now The staff is very approachable and give insight into the child’s day which is very helpful when the kids are very young and unable to express themselves. Our son has formed close relationships with the teachers and looks forward to going to the nursery, where he has progressed quite a lot and we are excited to see him continue to grow in this amazing environment

Our son joined twisty tales after having a lot of change in his life and we found the staff went above and beyond to ensure he settled in well and built trust with his caregivers. He is very happy here. We love how the management try to create a home from home environment and their commitment to give all the children confidence and independence. The one-off events organised are really special and the whole team make sure everyone feels engaged and included. Excellent place for your child to be spending time when he or she is not with you. Really pleased our daughter goes to this nursery. The staff is great, they look after her really well. She comes home happy, loves to talk about what she did at nursery, which wasn't the case with her previous nursery. The staff also pays attention to child's specific learning needs and development. We don't have to do much at home. Thanks to the lovely staff.

A wonderful, secure and clean nursey setting, lovely garden and very welcoming staff. Our son has just started at Twisty Tails and we are pleased to say that he is really happy going into the nursery every morning. The staff are very knowledgeable, engaging and caring. Recently visited this nursery as it was close to work. It’s very new and clean and the staff were quite helpful answering all my questions. They had different rooms for different age groups which I liked so I registered my son straight after. Looking forward to sending him there.

Our settling period was fantastic, everything was talked through in detail, well structured and most importantly at the pace that suited my daughter and me. Many thanks to all the staff at Twisty Tails Stanmore for hard work, love and dedication. My daughter loves going to nursery, it's home away from home, she runs into nursery every morning bursting with excitement. Bijal and Hemali are absolutely amazing in making everyday a fun environment for the children. I found the staff always go above and beyond, their hand over is always accurate and really helps me when doing the dinner/nighttime routine with my daughter. I feel I can ask them for advice without any judgement and always receive very useful tips. My daughter in a short while of being there has already become independent, feeding times have become easier, she's applying what's she's learnt in nursery at home, and her speech has very much improved. I highly recommend Twisty Tails Stanmore. We're hugely grateful for the support, care and all the hard work of the nursery staff.
