Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage Reviews

I was not going to leave a bad review because they took money off my bill for all the damage and said somebody would be getting a hold of me to fix some of the damage they caused, but nobody ever contacted me. I bought a new $600 birdcage last February and they broke two of the wheels off it and mangled the seed guard, they broke my entertainment center, they could not figure out how to put my bed back together, later I found one of the reinforcement parts hidden underneath the bed. The bed also had an adjustable base with a massager that no longer works And there was a good size gouge on the side of the bed. I had a bookcase that has large scratches all up and down one side of it, A Steel cabinet that was in my garage had a big dent in the bottom of it and my large dresser was tipped over with everything spilling out of it and in one small top drawer, I kept important papers and checks, I also had a $200 gift card in there that was given to me when I recently retired and that came up missing. They took forever. I was told it was two trainees working together, can’t say for sure if that is true. They were gonna charge me almost double than my estimate because it took them so long. This business is also not BBB accredited. Horrible experience with them all the way around. Wish I could’ve posted pictures here.

They didn't have the right tools for the job. They asked to borrow mine, and the ones they didn't borrow caused them to take way longer to disassemble and reassemble the furniture than the previous company I hired. They damaged the furniture then stated it couldn't be them because it was in the truck tight (they didn't put protective covering over the bookcase, and there were no blemishes on it before now chips). We removed multiple items from their workload, but had to pay the high end of the estimate because it took them so long due to not having proper tools. Please equip your staff with the proper tools, so customers are not paying excess man hours.

Had the best experience with Brandon, Nick G, Kavari and Cam. They moved fast, were efficient and super kind and helpful! Use them - they’re good!

We had a great team help with the moving process!! Gavin and Parker packed the boxes on day one and Jackson, Luke, Bill, and Braxton on day two to load the trucks. They worked well together and you could tell the we’re having fun. They were done earlier than expected and problem solved well on a few of the big items. Would definitely hire them again.

Bryce & Isais were professional, efficient, attentive to detail and very friendly. They moved a resident to one of our new houses, handled the residents belongings and our homes with the utmost care. These men were great to work with, friendly, fast and very affordable. I was extremely satisfied with the moving team & highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Everyone at two men and a truck truly puts your mind at ease. Tammy, Kristin, and Courtney were all wonderful when I needed to set up my move and had multiple follow-up questions. The day of my move Cameron and Brandon gave me a call when they were on their way and answered any questions I had. They were kind, polite, and packed up in a matter of minutes! After my move, I had some more questions so I called and left a message for Caleb. In no time he gave me a call back and clarified all my concerns! I will be using two men and a truck again!

I enjoyed working Benji (who is very handsome & love his beard) & Griff (who has beautiful eyes). They were efficient & valued my input on how I wanted things to placed in my unit. I’ve had movers before, with a different company, who didn’t listen to how I wanted things setup so Benji & Griff were a breath of fresh air. FYI: they charge you for travel time, they are a bit expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for with Two Men & A Truck.

Master and Isaias provided exceptional service. Very timely and efficient in moving items from the truck to our storage area. Great experience and would recommend their services to family or friends.

The two young gents that came to help us today were terrific. They were kind and had great attitudes and were fun to work with. They were efficient and did great work. Will use again!

Kyle and Josh were quick, thorough, careful and friendly. The manager, Jeremy, even stopped by to check on how things were going. I appreciated the communication a few days ahead to remind me of the timing and when the team was on the way. They made what could have been a very stressful day, a piece of cake! This is four months late but Shawn, Wes, and Jake were so helpful and quick with my move. One of them was a newbie if i recall but he was still quick and efficient. Actually, a manager showed up, probably to assess the new guy’s work, and even he helped carry things into the house. This was my third time moving with Two Men and a Truck and i think it’s safe to say there’ll be a fourth again someday. Thanks again!

I needed movers to come and help me declutter a home for sale/rent. Cameron, Jack, and Jason came and were personable and fun. They got right to work, and were very careful. We have a boxed ping pong table in the basement that is extremely heavy, like 200 pounds heavy. I wanted it to go to our kid's house, and talked to them about arranging moving the table another time, because of its weight. While they were working, I ran out to do a quick errand, when I got back they showed me the ping pong table in the truck. I was thrilled. I have used Two Men and a Truck many times. They will always have my business.

Kyle and Jaydin came on time, worked hard, and did a very professional job. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend 2 Men and a truck to anyone!
