Do not use this mover unless you want your valuable irreplaceable furniture broken and damaged. They had an unprofessional crew and laughed about the damage to our furniture. They destroyed a priceless Chinese urn and hand made tree. They didn’t label the boxes so we cant find any of our kitchen, bedroom, bathroom items, etc. They packed our kitchen items in separate unlabeled boxes and after quoting us $6,209.21 the bill was increased to $8,909.46 with no compensation for the damage to our furniture and incompetency of his crew. Mike said he would call us but he hasn’t bothered. Do not use this mover!!!!

These guys was awesome. Very professional and hard working and keep you updated on the time of arrival so you knew when they were coming. Showed up on time and worked very hard and took care of my stuff very well. Nothing was damaged or anything great guys. Getting this guys was the best thing I have ever done I have moved two other times by myself and it was a headache. They took all that away and it made the move so much easier. If I ever need to be moved again I will hire this company again no questions asked. The guys were life savers and even worked around my crazy closing on two houses. Also very reasonable priced. Holden was excellent through the whole process. I caught him early before we were ready and he provided accurate timely advice. When the time came, the estimate turned around in minutes and the move went as planned.

He was prompt with updates and tracking any issues.

(Seriously, I thought he owned the business for all the care he took.)

Great Service. Delivered on Time with a very short turn around.

The planning team was prompt and available what seem like around the clock.

The load crew hurt my back just watching them load and the off load crew were champion as well.

Everything arrived in a day without a hitch.

Would use them again without hesitation.

These guys are amazing in so many ways! I have moved 12 times in my life & this crew was the most protective of my stuff ever. I have some older, heirloom furniture which has always gotten a little dinged in moves, but not this time! They literally shrink wrapped it all before packing it so carefully in their trucks. Plus they worked constantly to get it done. I felt bad for what they had to do, even moving my pool table. I expressed how sorry I was yet they were cheerful throughout! I also didn't think people worked this hard to please anymore, so was very pleasantly surprised. You can't beat that.

His communication with me before and during the move

The movers arrived promptly and made quick work if the packing and loading. The guys were personable and professional. The next day when they arrived at the new house, the truck was unloaded just as quickly and everything placed where we asked. I would definitely use them again.

I had the best possible move with Two Twigs. Kind, Steven and Prescott moved me from Charlotte to Saluda. We faced some obstacles in Charlotte, but they never lost their sense of humor. I would rate this company above all the others.
