My wife and I could not wish for better service than what we received my Matt and his team. Within two hours Matt came and inspected our roof space and gave us his expert advice regarding size etc to best suit our solar needs. He looked after all the relevant paper work, and gave us a date to install. On the day Matt’s team arrived on time and completed the job that day. Twyford Solar and Electrical installed two air conditioners in my home. Professional, job done when said, removed old air conditioning unit and all piping, left my home clean and tidy, very friendly team. High standard of craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

Shane, Matt and all the boys did a phenomenal job on ac and solar install. From the initial consultation which was done by an actual technician not a salesman. Sold us what we needed not what made them the most money then answer all.our questions. On day of install weather was hot and humidity but guys stayed all day and still managed to explain it all at the end of the day with a smile. Can definitely recommend these guys

Unfortunately, after 12 yrs our existing solar system stopped working & the original installers were no longer in business. Hence our local search was on . . . . . First Large Local Solar company in Bundaberg we called & left message (as no-one answered), either just couldn’t be bothered or were simply not interested with our business as we never received a single reply, even out of respect to simply say, Sorry, but too busy. 🤷‍♀️ NOTHING!!! BIG RED FLAG!!! Second Local Company in Bundaberg we called were Twyford Solar & Electrical & well, it was just 20/10 total RESPECT from that moment on. 👍 Within half an hour of our phone call, we had Shane visiting us, checking out our current Solar issues & hence putting forward multiple options with Inverters & Panels (including full quotations & warranties) & availability etc etc, for us to look over & consider moving forward with & there was no hard sell or pressure at all from Shane & from just that one visit, the total respect & true professionalism & kindness & obvious great knowledge of the industry shown to us, we immediately knew we wouldn’t be wasting our time in calling a third local company. Within 2 weeks, they showed up EXACTLY as they said they would & by the end of day, we had a new upgraded Fronius Solar System, that was the perfect choice for our property, fully installed & up & running. The two installers Jack & Doug were 100% respectful of us & our property & just the nicest blokes & they worked tirelessly all day, removing our existing solar setup & ensuring the new system to be up & running & they also, not only removed the old system, but took it all away as well, not leaving us with a big inverter & a pile of old panels to dispose of. Absolute total Legends.💪🏼😊 Our new Fronius Solar is running exceptional & the additional Solar.web App (which is new to us) to monitor the daily production & consumption is really awesome to have & we love now being able to check the readings each day. Tanya - Office, Accounts & Business Manager (awesome lady), made the whole payment process side of it, totally stress free & smooth sailing & I thankyou so much Tanya. Twyford Solar was excellent, understanding, extremely helpful, especially as I requested numerous different configurations for pricing. The installation was extremely professional and timely. The place their product in the middle of pricing range. For the customer service, products supplied, and quality of workmanship you can't get better value.
