After carful consideration I allowed universal to work on my truck to get rid of the hale damage. As far as I can tell they did an excellent job and gave me a lifetime warranty on it every one was super nice and hospitable thank you guys.

Universal Auto Hail Repair’s entire team was fantastic! After putting off the repairs for my and my wife’s cars for fear of the process, Universal made the entire process unbelievably easy. They have their own rental fleet through Hertz and do all of the heavy lifting and coordination with the insurance company. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable, A+ customer service. And of course, the finished product was two cars that look brand new again! We would definitely turn to them again for any future hail repairs and strongly recommend them!

because hail damage My car was sent to this shop for repairs. Their employee told me that it would take about 2-4 weeks to repair and no parts need to be replaced, but it actually took almost two months, and Replaced my front hood without my knowledge and my agreement. My insurance company paid nearly USD 8,000 for the entire repair process (compared to other car repair shops that only cost about 4k or less). I retrieved my car around June. But until November, I still received letters from my insurance company, and they will continue to charge fees even after the money has been paid. But it is undeniable that the depression on my car does seem to be repaired very well by them, but I don't know the quality of the replacement hood. I question their professionalism and customer service.

After waiting months to get in with another shop, Universal Auto Hail Repair was able to get me in the same day I called. My car looks like new after quite an extensive hail storm. They had a rental vehicle available for me, waived my deductible, and gave me $50 because someone else referred me to them. The car was done earlier than expected and they did a fabulous job. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I know where to go if we ever have hail damage again. Universal Auto Hail Repair has earned a lifelong customer.

After the last hail storm my Tacoma received some damage. Universal made getting the truck looking new again easy and at no cost to me by covering the deductible on my insurance. Definitely recommend.
