Always do a great job with my dogs grooming!

Always Great!

This place has always done a fantastic job grooming my 3 doggos! I do, however, have a concern about the time that it takes for them to be groomed. This doesn’t always happen but sometimes it can take several hours for the grooming to be completed. Today, I dropped my 3 dogs off at the appointment time they gave me of 9 am and they weren’t done with one of my dogs until almost 5 pm. 8 hours is way too long for my dog to be in a cage with no water or not taken outside. All three of my dogs gulped down about a gallon of water when I got them home and immediately wanted outside to potty. This has happened too many times over the years. I understand that things can happen with staffing but they should communicate that to me and I shouldn’t be given an appointment time of 9 am if they can’t see the dog for several hours later. I would have gladly just brought them in at a later time. Or, if it will be that long, then at least let the dogs outside and give them water. Again, I am extremely happy with how great of a job the groomers do with my fur babies! They always look so good when I pick them up. I just really wish they would improve their scheduling times.

Friendly and clean

This place is AMAZING! I have only been twice, but I am so VERY happy with my experience thus far. I have a Newfoundland with some medical issues and they and their students have taken very good care of him. Thank you so much!!

Everyone was courtesy and sis a good job on our two dogs, Darby and Doodle Bug. They both are older and have health problems. I feel like you took good care of them.

Have tried many different groomers over the past 4 years. Always end up back at U Dirty Dog. They are truly the best!! Lots is snuggles the day after.

This was my first visit with them. My daughter had recommended them to me. They were very courteous and helpful. Explained everything that I needed to bring with me for my first visit. And most importantly, my dog looks great!

The girls were so nice and helpful. I had 4 dogs there at one time and they were absolutely pros!
