Fantastic water filter system. Had the system for 2 years and have been impressed the entire time. The service technicians are also amazing and walk you through everything each time they come out so you're never confused and understand everything that you have. Shoutout to Charles for such a fantastic service on Dec 10 2024!

I got the UDI water system about 8 months ago, around the time i moved into my home. Coming from using well water for about 25 years and having to buy bottled water to drink and cook with, to now just going to my sink, is a major life upgrade. The system is easy to maintain and if i have any problems i just call and my issue is answered or a service person is on the way. Everyone that was involved in the process were all professionals and I could tell they really like what they do!

The system has worked well for us. We inherited it from the previous home owner, but my family has enjoyed the water quality. We had a recent service by Charles, and he was able to correct some deficiencies before they became leaks, so I am grateful for his attentiveness and care.

We absolutely love our water filtration system. We are thankful for our tech Charles who was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through everything I need to know about how this system works. I would definitely recommend United Hydro.

UDI’s customer service goes above to make sure every customer is taken care of. Justin came to my house on a Saturday morning to make sure my issue was taken care of, and that I was satisfied.

We had our UDI system installed a few months ago. And let me tell you, we LOVE it. And we LOVE the company. From the first knock on the door to the final inspection, everyone we encountered were kind, friendly, professional, and treated us like family. AJ was very good at demonstrating the difference of our water with and without the system with his science experiments. He answered all of our questions, and trust me there were a lot of them. We live in Grovetown, GA and if you know anything about that area, the water is not ideal. Now with our UDI system, we will always have access to the best water around. Thanks UDI!!
