UEP did a great job configuring my solar system including batteries, getting permits needed, getting approvals from my HOA and communicating with me as the project moved forward. At start-up a glitch was found and dealt with very quickly. I highly recommend.

UEP has outstanding personnel. Barring a couple of hiccups with the county, our system was installed almost flawlessly. I’d recommend UEP to anyone. I was a pretty big skeptic but Rexx and his guys made everything pretty simple to understand. I had a lot of questions along the way and everytime I reached out, they responded quickly. The hardware and install looks outstanding and clean. I’m really happy with our system and I’m looking forward to seeing how our power system performs over the rest of this summer.

As I began looking at potentially adding solar to our house, I was a bit intimidated. Much of the technology and engineering were something I’d never looked at and had no idea where to start. I had no way of knowing at the time but reaching out to United Energy Partners would end up being one of the best decisions I made. Their team was very patient as I worked through all of the information and provided valuable data that helped me make the right decision. Their team project became much more complex than any of us expected as I changed requirements a few times as I learned more.
Once we finalized a design, UEP worked diligently to make our system a reality. There were of course challenges as there always are but the UEP worked through things such as delays in getting equipment, the countless back and forth with city inspectors and the challenges going back and forth with the utility companies.
While all of us would have loved everything to go quickly and smoothly but that rarely happens. It is through that adversity that shows the kind of company they are and their commitment to excellence and I can say UEP was stellar in that respect.
They kept in continuous communication with us for every phase of the installation. We just went live with the system a few days ago and it is working flawlessly. The data we are seeing is exceeding all expectations.
Even with the system now operating and the project finished, UEP continues to monitor it and make sure they are available if we have any questions. I would definitely recommend them as a solar company.

It’s only been a few months since our solar install, but we are very pleased with the service provided with United Energy Partners. Honestly, UEP was a little bit higher than one of the other 4 quotes, but their “bedside manner” was Fantastic and it made it easy for me to like Rex and want to get to know him better. From the sales representative to the installers, everyone was top shelf in presentation as well as how they dealt with me and my wife. Do yourself a favor and make sure you UEP is on your list of solar quotes. You will be glad you included them.

I highly recommend UEP solar. They installed our roof solar system with battery backup 2 months ago and we have been impressed by their workmanship, communication and professionalism. From contract sign to turn on was a little over 2 months with almost the entire waiting period due Tucson Electric Power's inspection and meter installation availability. During the entire process, UEP communicated clearly about next steps and timelines. The roof work has also been solid with no leaks detected after a few solid rain storms. The system's power output has accurately reflected the predictive model and our electricity bill is now zero. I am extremely happy that I went with UEP solar!

UEP Solar was an amazing experience. We had our system up and running in no time. I had done some research with which one to go with but eventually, I found UEP to be the most pertinent. Since my install, I have referred UEP to several of my friends, which I typically never do. So it speaks of the quality and communication that UEP provided. Hayden my point person, is always available and they are very responsive. To me I was completely blown away on price, quality, and communication. I value all three in any vendor.

From the first phone call from Rexx to the install by Tony and his team very polite and professional. This is our first time doing anything with solar and UEP and their AMAZING team have made it a great experience. They quickly responded to text messages and phone calls. They also went out of their way to answer any questions I had and make me comfortable with everything going on. I know if I need anything for solar in the future they will be my first call! Definitely would recommend!

Excellent and prompt installation. From signed proposal to system turned on was only 6 weeks with longest wait for Tucson Electric Power to install new meter. United Energy Partners is a great to work with, they quickly answered all my questions, they have a great team and really know solar. Highly recommend them for your solar needs.

I’m happy we got a quote from United Energy Partners because the quote was $10,000 less than the other two competitors’ quotes. From the start of the project, meeting with the sales rep, to the installation and the completion of the project, everything went very smooth. Our electric bill has been ranging from $70-$103 per month, which is considerably less than what we are paying before getting solar.

UEP was very professional, efficient, and expedient at getting us set up. We are now operating with solar and seeing results! We did have a small issue with some of the inverters, but UEP caught it quickly and we already tested the warranty and workmanship. It was handled rapidly and proved they stand behind what they claim.
