Over the past couple years our organization has needed a place with enough room for all our employees to gather for training and large meetings. I'm so glad I found Training Umbrella! They make everything so easy on me from scheduling of the space to the day of the meeting. Someone is always there to help set up whether it's a simple presentation or a complicated virtual meeting. They even take care of ordering boxed lunches for us.
Training Umbrella's platform has an attractive look and is easy to navigate. What I appreciated most during the preparation for our organization's first virtual conference was Christy's personal support and her speedy reaction to the many questions we had. During the actual event, she navigated the demands of several sessions with admirable calmness and poise – I would have been a nervous wreck! Thank you for making our conference a success!

I've held many events and trainings with Training Umbrella for the past few years and I knew I could count on them to help us transition to virtual events. They helped us host our first larger virtual meeting and everything went so smoothly. It was great to have our remote attendees up on the screen so it felt like they were in the room. Jason and his team always take care of the little details and prepare for any problem or last minute request, which is a huge relief! I know I can count on them for a professional and smooth event.
I have conducted multiple classes at Training Umbrella over the last year. They always go above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of. When COVID hit, Jason and his team were able to pivot my in person class of 25, to a virtual one immediately. I have trained 3 virtual classes of various sizes during the stay at home order, and have been able to maintain the same level of engagement as I do in person. This has been HUGE for the success of our classes. Jason and Claire are always available to help with tech issues, allowing me to keep my focus on the class. I can not sing their praises enough, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is needing a virtual or in person facility to conduct training.
We had a huge need for a training space with computers. I reached out via their "contact page" on their website and got a response within the same working day. The Training Umbrella was able to work with us to make sure we had the technology and space we needed and it didn't disappoint. Their whole team was very hospitable and had someone there to meet us when we arrived. They also had signage up to guide our staff to the training room. They also checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend them for all your training space needs.

I've conducted several courses (ranging from 1 to 3-weeks long) at Training Umbrella and have had a fantastic experience each time. I travel from out of state to train, so it's critical that I can simply arrive and start training, trusting that everything (especially technology) will be set up according to my exact parameters. Training Umbrella has consistently displayed tremendous attention to detail
in each aspect of the setup, and they've gone above and beyond to ensure that I continue to have everything I need throughout training, including meeting special requests for supplies and services. To top it off: in addition to offering an array of snacks and beverages for free, on set days, they bring warm chocolate-chip cookies to the class in the afternoon, which is always a huge hit! I would highly recommend Training Umbrella to anyone looking for a site to conduct their next training course.
My organization used the Training Umbrella facility for a week long course with 30 plus students this past spring. I found the facility to be just right for our needs. The staff was exceptionally professional, helpful, responsive and available whenever we needed them (in fact, before we needed them!!). We had access to two conference rooms to easily accommodate our group exercises and a small kitchen for cold drinks, coffee, and snacks. And all equipment worked!! The staff attention to detail, their firendliness and welcoming attitude was most noticed and appreciated! Thank you!!
Today is our last day of class for a group of 28 students and a carousel of guest speakers. After 3 and a half weeks of conducting our new hire sales training, I have to say that Jason and his staff have exceeded every expectation by leaps and bounds! The best way to describe them is "proactive". They would check in with us periodically throughout the day to make sure we have what we needed, but did so without being intrusive or interrupting the flow of the class. Jason is always willing to assist with any tech issues, including set-up and troubleshooting. If you or your company is in need of a training facility in the KC area, I would HIGHLY recommend Training Umbrella!

I spent last week training at the Training Umbrella and it was awesome! The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, the lunch and snacks were spectacular! I would recommend the Training Umbrella to anyone looking for a great place to train a group/have a meeting! The warm afternoon cookies pretty much sealed the deal and were a DAILY treat!
