Thank you Joe Leslie! Joe Leslie was great! I was referred to Joe from my friend and I am very happy to meet and work with Joe. He walked us through on the phone to get pre qualified. On that same call we were pre-qualified and provided finance options right away. What really stood out was how Joe laid out the options, modified it as requested, and was really good at explaining how each option would impact us financially. There are pros and cons to everything. Also, Joe has his own newsletter regarding the real estate financial market. He is really good at his craft. For our next loan or refinance we are going back to Joe. Thanks Joe!

Great rates and extremely responsive Joe was great to work with. He not only responded very quickly (and very thoroughly), he also provided the best rates. When we weren't sure how much we wanted to put down, Joe provided with rate options for different down payment options allowing us to quickly make an informed decision. We initially contacted about 7 lenders - Joe was the first to respond and he provided us with the best rate.
