The service from Usama was excellent. He was responsive and provided great advice and suggestions to build the gaming PC. He completed the build within the week (over the Christmas period). The service was excellent and the 1 hour drive was worth it (according to my son).

Purchased a new PC from Usama at UMK Logix.. after a few weeks of researching specs and prices UMK were $750-$1000 cheaper than 7-8 other quotations I received for the same specs.. Usama was also the closest for me so it was an easy decision. Also I needed some assistance regarding software a few weeks later and Usama replied the same day with the information I needed. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, quality and solid price. I had a difficult delivery situation and Usama organised a convenient delivery of the pc build to my front door at the time for me. I had been browsing the web for a gaming PC for my son when I came across umklogix. I wasn't sure what to expect in the begining. It has very good reviews so I emailed them some questions & advice and what my budget was. Usama responded promptly with answers and advice. More emails going back & forth. It's alot of money to spend so I wanted to be sure. But Usama was responsive & helpful. He even threw in some upgrades at no extra cost. We received the PC a couple of days ago. All went very well. Thanks so much to UMKLOGIX and specifically to Usama who guided me from making my purchase up till claiming the custom gaming PC for my son. He even added in some upgrades! Although the USB wifi was missed out, it was immediately settled and they are sending it now as I'm writing this review. It was so easy dealing with them. Kudos guys!

Usman built me a fantastic gaming PC to my exact specifications and even upgraded my RAM speed for no extra charge. A pleasure to do business with as he was extremely helpful and responsive to all my enquiries. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to build or buy a new PC. 6 months later. Update to my initial review. Had a small issue with the Liquid cooled CPU cooler some 6 months after purchasing the PC from Usama. Was making some noise and not cooling adequately. Usama replaced the cooler no questions asked and even extended my warranty by another year for my trouble. Fantastic service. Stop searching for a place to build your next PC and just order one from UMKLOGIX. You can thank me later.
