I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Eugene and Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta! From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and I could not be happier with the results!
Eugene and his team took on a pretty extensive project at my home, replacing all of my windows and doors, as well as having a beautiful custom window framed out on the side of my house. Every aspect of the experience has been wonderful, and the transformation of my home speaks for itself!

Do it! Give them a call and get an estimate, you’ll be shocked at the price and value. We’ve been putting off replacing our 20 year old windows thinking it would be 3x the price. The sales rep Charles was personable and thorough. Eugene, the owner came by the next day to double check measurements and quantities. They were true to their estimated installation time, and the crew was fast, clean, very good at their job- and got it all done in a single day.

We recently had nearly 50 windows, a kitchen door, a patio door, and an additional custom, elegant front entry door installed by Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta—and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, Charlie, our salesman, set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional project. He was a no-nonsense, upfront, courteous representative who provided a thorough and accurate description of the products, installation process, warranty, and expectations. There was absolutely no high-pressure salesmanship. Everything Charlie told us during the sales process was 100% accurate, and that level of honesty and transparency gave us tremendous confidence in our decision.
Our project manager, Eugene, was equally impressive. He was thorough, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He consistently communicated with us and made every effort to ensure the installation schedule was convenient for our family. His oversight gave us complete confidence that our project was in capable hands.
The three-member installation team was outstanding. They worked relentlessly for three full days in the unforgiving Georgia summer heat and humidity, and we never once saw them slack off. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were exceptional. They repeatedly emphasized that their goal was our complete satisfaction, and they backed that up with their actions. Even with such a large project, they maintained an exceptionally clean and orderly worksite throughout the entire installation. When they finished, it was remarkable how little evidence there was that such an extensive project had just taken place.

The installers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves, even reinstalling my blinds. The owner, Eugeniy, came out check that all the measurements were accurate on my windows before the order was placed and then returned to check after the install, to ensure the install was done to his satisfaction. It was refreshing to see such care taken. And I’m thrilled with my new windows!

The installation crew were very tidy, professional and had all 32 windows installed in 2 days. Eugeniy stopped by to inspect the work.
