So, my daughtter hung it wrong and wataer got in the unit(she hung it backwards) with the plug side in the water. I found this out when changing the water this afternoon. plug on the side wat hot. i cleaned it off. Will this product still work or and I hate to ask this, can I send it back and get a new one? so upset with her. Thanks, Joanne Esser joanne.esser@wisc.edu

After the first overnight, this device cleared the water in my 75 gallon tank quite noticeably! Not believing it, I pushed around some plants and gravel to stir up the water and mess it up and it cleared even more overnight again. I scraped down the glass and all the particulates disappeared. Amazing!

Can’t recommend this product enough. I have it running on my 40g nano reef and it works wonders. Ran into an issue due to user error and contacted Matt and he went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue. It’s really nice to have a device that clears the water column without the use of chemicals that can throw water chemistry off. Thank you Matt for having an awesome product and even better customer service!

This is an amazing product that I was originally skeptical of, but I am SO glad I made this purchase as it was the best $100 I ever spent. Easy to use/set up, no maintenance required, and the company cares about their customers and actually responds if you email them. I’ve already been bugging them to make one of these for small ponds and you can be sure when they do, I’ll wait in line to get mine. I posted some photos below of the actual clarifier and my setup. The only “drawback” of the Unscripted Aquarium Clarifier is that I have to set a calendar reminder to clean my tank because it never looks dirty ❤️👍🏻 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
