Great location, friendly front desk, very clean and pleasant rooms.

Great place to stay. Close to Hawks Nest and the NEBDR. The ownership understand and appreciate riders. Quiet, clean, comfortable. The little things like great water pressure and pleasant setting with on-site laundry, fuel and food just across the street.

Normally, we would not even consider staying in a motel. This great little location has changed our minds. The owners and staff clearly care about this property. The rooms are super CLEAN. The furniture is new. The location is great, walkable to town. The beds were comfortable. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. My only wish would be for a coffee machine, but the Bat Factory next door has great coffee and homemade breakfast sandwiches and baked goods.

I promised the owners that I would give them a 5 star review for their amazing service and very clean and comfortable room. My family of 3 and 2 of our friends are doing a roadtrip and stopped at this motel for the night. When we arrived, we were about 5 mins late and all shops and restaurants have been closed. We have two cups of uncooked instant noodles with us and the owner offered plates and cutleries for us to cook and share our instant noodles. They even offered some of their leftovers if we are still hungry. It was a really heartwarming gesture. In the morning, the owner showed us some walking tracks to explore the nature around (streams, mountains). Everything in the room was well maintained, even the towels were surprisingly very clean. If you are doing a roadtrip from New York to Canada, make sure to stop by Hancock and stay in Upper Delaware Inn. It is an amazing suburb to spend the night and take a walk in the morning.

I needed a place to stay in the area and found this place on Google and took a chance and booked it after seeing the good reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a small, simple motel, but both the rooms and the outside are very clean and updated. The staff is friendly and nice, and you can tell they care about the place by the way it is well maintained. I have no complaints, it was a great stay.

We made a reservation at this lovely motel after reading some of the other reviews and our high expectations were exceeded. This motel is very clean and very well kept. Everything was perfect including the location. Everything one might need as a traveller is located at this stop. Gas, McDonalds, etc. The owners were very friendly. If we are travelling anywhere near this area again this will be out only choice. Also the price was very reasonable. Great fishing area also.

Extremely clean, well lit and comfortable room!

Location is great for travelers from city to the north. For those headed to college etc... You have the quiet and beauty of nature. To fresh water fishing, kayaking, or skiing in the fall. It was a great experience. And the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location was great but there is not much to do around town, besides that everything eals was great.

Fantastic place to stay! Lost power at our vacation home and the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating for us. Would highly recommend. Rooms are clean and very nice.

Had a 5 hr trip to Watkins Glen. 3 hrs in started to feel sleepy so we had to stop at this place, around 2am. We pressed on the ring bell cam, and a very nice person (even tho we had interrupted his sleep) came to attend. A lil info provided and provided us a key. Room was super clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Bathroom looked recently renovated. Water was perfect temp. Slept for a few hours and kept going on our road trip. Stopped at the deli, right around the corner, to the left of this motel and bought bagel sandwiches and coffee for the continuing trip. Looked very country style. We really enjoyed every bit of this stay. This place came out to be better than a HOTEL we had booked in Ithaca.

We needed a place to stay for the Bethel Woods concert. This place is only 40 mins away. Showed up at 1:30am and checked in 2 mins later. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds and clean towels the owners were nice very nice and house keeping is super friendly as well. McDonald’s right across the street. We had cookies in the morning before we checked out. 10 out of 10.

I stayed over while attending an event in Hancock. Rooms are easily accessible, comfortable, clean, simple and yet contemporary.

We had a wonderful experience here. We were in Hancock picking up our daughter from a local camp. My expectations were certainly exceeded. Great location for Camp pick up, anything you need within walking distance super quiet, amazingly lovely staff super clean rooms. Highly recommend.!

Clean and modern rooms, friendly service. Thanks Rich! There are train tracks nearby but we didn't notice any loud noise the night we were there.
