I highly recommend Upright Windows. We have three windows on our second floor that I was concerned about. I called 4 companies to take a look. Mr. Love responded immediately and arranged to have one of his team members come out and take a look up close (as I had sent him photos to start out with). While several of the other companies simply gave me bids for new windows (and only one of those acutally came and checked the windows in person), Joshua determined that our windows were in good shape and just needed to be resealed. They did the work yesterday and were timely, professional and got the job done. They water tested them before and after for an extended period.

We are so grateful we were able to save these windows for a few more years.

Great Service Really Fast & Efficient

I LOVE our new windows from Up Right! The picture windows are just beautiful and create a more modern look for our home. We love it so much that we now want to do the front of the house. I can’t brag enough about Chapel and his crew! They took their time and were careful with removing the existing windows and cleaned everything up. No mess! I would definitely recommend them.

Chappel is AMAZING. He truly cares for his customers and has a generous heart! His rates beat every other company we got quotes from and he was very punctual and has the very best customer service.

My first time using this company and I am happy to say that I plan to use them in the future. Chappel was very nice and responded to all my questions. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the way. I called him on Friday morning, technician came out on Friday afternoon and took measurement. IGU glass was fabricated and installed by Tuesday, eventhough it was raining. Now that's fast! Have a broken glass, don't hesitate to give them a call. Great work and fabulous customer service!!!

Great company, with great integrity. Came out to install my window and the replacement window was cracked. Placed a rush job on getting another window and even though they still replaced it the same day, offered to give me a full refund for any inconvenience I may have experienced. Of course I declined any refund because they went above and beyond while continuing to keep me informed and apologizing for something that can happen. With great customer service like that, I wish them nothing but future success.
