Verified
Worst courier They are the worst courier, told me a delivery time for a valuable and unique item. Attempts delivery 4 hours early. I found it very difficult to get to human and was told it was "company policy" Disgraceful

Bait and switch - do NOT buy from them I ordered an APC Back-UPS from them on 18/07/24. They emailed me an hour later to advise me that this was a refurbished UPS. There was nothing on the sales page nor in any of the myriad of confirmation emails to indicate this. I immediately replied that I didn't want a refurbished unit. at 8PM the following day they sent me a link to an online form to request a refund. I filled this out immediately. I have since sent several emails, all of which have been automatically acknowledged, but not acted upon.

Buyer Beware - Dishonest and fraudulent Placed an order for next day delivery. No comms except for an order confirmation. Contacted them via phone to discuss, they promised a next day delivery and tracking details. No contact again. Second contact via email, same promise again, and again no other contact. Finally received a call from the director when I emailed to cancel the order after passing the issue to our credit card company. A lot of excuses and blame from the director whose details can be found on Companies House, who then pretended to get cut off. A lot of promises, and no deliveries, no communication.

Order number #33622 Placed order on June 8 using priority shipping (1 day to 3 days) Until now June 18, no delivery. No more further communication (emails or otherwise) regarding delivery since then Requested for a refund on June 12. Website states it’ll be 72 hours before a reply will be provided. Again there is no communication from this company So far my money has been taken, but no product or refund has being given in return This has to be considered an illegal practice from a registered UK business. I will take necessary action against the company and its owner to make sure this does not happen to another person UPDATE: today it’s July 1st and no refund has been provided since a refund request was submitted on June 18th. Today, I have sent a final email requesting for a refund, after which I will have to claw back my money through a charge back Do yourselves a favour and avoid purchasing from this company

Still waiting for a partial refund Ordered a battery pack and paid for 2-3 day delivery. When it didn't turn up I contacted customer services and to be fair they resolved the issue and the battery pack was delivered a couple of days later. They did offer a partial refund of the delivery charge because of the delay. 3 months later and despite a phone call and numerous emails, the majority that have been ignored, I still haven't received a refund.

Terrible Ordered around September product was never received attempted to chase but ordered elsewhere in the end. Put it down to bad luck and let it go. No product or refund was received. Unfortunately I forgot about the previous bad experience and accidentally ordered from them again 6 months later. Yeah same again still no product or refund despite repeated emails over the past few months. The company is either a scam or so terrible it is effectively a scam.

Scammed twice by lazy company Twice now I’ve sent a parcel from Italy to U.K. I am Italian and I sent some goods from home to my home in England. The first time they lost my parcel, the customer service was useless and lying and it arrived about 2 and half months later. The second time I sent my used clothes to have more space in the luggage, paid 30£ for the delivery and then a week later they ask me 98£ for custom and border fees. I refuse to pay them, can never find them at the phone so I email, wait 5 days to be referred to someone higher just for them to stop responding. I finally paid it and thought it was the end of it, but now, a month later I get an invoice of 7.92£ for late payment. What a company of scumbags. Sending a parcel from Italy to U.K. costed more than flying myself there!

I should have checked the reviews. Firstly everything you read it true. This individual and his company are atrocious. No idea of business or customer service. My order was placed. They got the delivery address wrong, then I was supposed to get next day delivery, fat chance, called multiple times and just got the answering service and he never called back, then cancelled the order yet he still delivered, late of course. When I tried to get a refund he didn’t answer any emails (bar 1) of which I sent over 6. In the end got refunded by my credit card company. Avoid at all costs. The guy is an idiot and has no idea how to run a business. Oh and don’t bother asking me to contact you. I tried multiple times over a week. You’re a loser and hopefully you’ll be closed down soon.

Possibly a Scam I placed an order for multiple items at the end of January with the expectation of a delivery within 21 business days, as stated by the company. However, it has now been 2 1/2 months, and I'm still without my order. Initially, they did respond to my inquiries promising to expedite the delivery, but unfortunately, nothing came of it. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them—over 10 phone calls—their answering service, detached from the company, could only forward messages without providing any tangible assistance. Moreover, my emails have gone unanswered, and emails to their refund email bounced back, rendering it useless. All I seek at this point is a refund, yet they have completely ignored my requests and effectively 'ghosted' me. This level of disregard for customer communication and satisfaction is beyond appalling. In all my years, across various countries, I have never encountered such incompetence from a business. This experience ranks among the worst I've ever had.

Only shop at UPS Centre With so much choice with products and the mirrored products avaliable with vast amount of companies nowadays it takes a company to excel in every aspect from point of sale to customer service to even warrant my business and UPS Centre does exactly that. Its difficult to impress me and Sean and the team do , that's why all my needs for UPS systems will only go through UPS Centre . Do not hesitate shop UPS Centre you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Sean and the team for another flawless order and as discussed I will be placing future orders soon .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a replacement UPS battery mid-January and paid extra for express next day delivery. A week later and no sign of the goods I called and emailed several times and after some time was advised that they were still clearing Christmas backlog and my order would be sent out in the coming weeks. When I explained that the order was urgent, hence having paid for express next day delivery, the chap put the phone down on me. I have emailed several times since with no response and made several phone calls which are always answered by a call centre, again nobody ever calls back. Eventually UPS Centre told me I had to complete their refund form and my card would be refunded after 14days. 1month later, with no refund nor any communication from UPs Centre, my bank is now processing a charge back to my credit card! Having now read the other reviews which I wish I had seen at first, I would advise to avoid at all costs.

AVOID - One up from scammers Placed order for a UPS on 14th march for next day delivery. Heard nothing, called and got their serviced reception. You can't speak to anyone. Tried cancelling the order, which did not get processed until the 18th and they have slipped it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - Sean Currie is the direct shown at companies house.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I would give no stars if I could. UPS ordered on the 3rd Jan, paid for next day delivery, they show 18 in stock. After chasing on numerous occasions told to expect delivery on 29th Jan and then again 7th Feb, Offered an alternative, which I do not want. Now on the 19th March again told delivery will be early next week. Very difficult to get answers by email, can never speak to the correct person on the telephone. The director Sean is of no use. This company will take your money and then not supply the item that you have ordered
