We've engaged with Skyscapes twice now. The first time to install our patio tiles and then again to oil, repair, and reinstall them after necessary work was done to the patio below. Both times, each person in the office and on the crew was prompt, communicative, and exceptionally professional. Thank you Skyscapes!

The service was seamless and professional and also very reasonable in terms of cost. Blair did a great job setting up everything. I have a WOW story! I live on a PH level of a condo and I have 4 balconies. I had my balcony’s flooring done by Skyscapes a few years back and I LOVED it. Some of the tiles had warranty issues and since there were a few years old I was willing to buy the tiles and replace them myself. I called Dave 7am on Wednesday. First of all he picked up!! He asked me to send him some pictures. I did! He sent a crew the day after and changed all my four balconies with new tiles! He said,”I PROMISE warranty and you are getting new tiles in all four balconies on me!” I’m speechless! The Crew were phenomenal like first time! Four balconies are done! Not only you can’t find what they offer by design anywhere else in the city, you can just close your eyes and know you get way more value of the money you paid and that is: Integrity, workmanship, attention to detail and highest level of professionalism! From the very beginning, we had a pleasant experience with Skyscapes. First, Blair helped us by bringing samples to our home and providing us with helpful feedback. He was also very accommodating when we visited him in the showroom and helped us pick out a suitable tile for our condo balcony. During installation, the installers were extremely professional. They made sure that they were very careful when bringing the tiles into our home and worked with us to clarify any outstanding questions. Once they were done, they cleaned up after them, all while being very courteous. Hats off to the installers Guriqbal and Karandeep for doing a thoroughly professional job. Now we have the perfect outdoor tiles for our balcony and we are ready to enjoy our summer there. P.S. - For reference, we decided to go with the 12x48 Lucas Betulla Arterra porcelain pavers from MSI (also, called Chocolate Walnut at Skycapes)

Skyscapes helped me transform my condo terrace with Ipe pavers. The pavers were easy to install and look great. A straightforward DYI project over a few hours. Blair and Avery were very friendly to deal with. My mother-in-law liked the look so much she’s going to do her condo balcony in the spring!

My old deck was deteriorating because of rotting wood and squirrels chewing on it. We had a floating deck and wanted the replacement to also be floating so it doesn't pierce the roof. We were looking for durable materials, so tiles with aluminum railings seemed like the perfect solution. Skyscapes were one of the only contractors in the city with the skillset to build such a deck. They paid great attention to detail, and the new deck looks much better! Would definitely recommend!

Skyscapes engaged right away when we called to enquire about the possibility of doing our balconies. They came over within a few days to assess and estimate the job. Once we confirmed, the job was scheduled and completed quickly. They communicated throughout the process and worked efficiently. The tiles look great and the finish is perfect. Excellent Product, Great Installation Crew This is the perfect product for a rooftop patio & looks beautiful. The tiles look great & water drains underneath them. The installation crew was friendly, polite and very precise (my layout is complicated). They were done in 2 days for over 300 square feet. My only issue was with the salesperson who did not provide an accurate quote based on my specifications. I had to correct the tile shape & total square footage. If I had not noticed the mistakes, there would have been a serious issue.

We had Skyscapes back to oil and re-install our decking after replacing our roof (which had nothing to do with the decking) due to a leak. The difference between before and after is remarkable. They came to completely reinstall and reinvigorate our decking system after we couldn't use our rooftop for 12 months, and it looks as good as new. Skyscapes not only installs a quality product from the beginning; they look after their customers down the road. I can't recommend them enough.

The team did an amazing job transforming my balcony. I absolutely love it and can’t recommend them enough. They're very responsive when planning the installation and on the day of they were very professional and managed their time very well as there were no delays.
