Had the worst experience today. I have been going to this salon for years. The contrast of the salon compared to when i started going was very apparent today. The salon used to have the intention of making your experience relaxing. That has gone out the window now. My visit today was the second time I had this new stylist do my hair. She was rushed and didn't confirm the color, although it should be the same as last time, I at one point had three stylists (one being the owner) talking and cackling around me for most of the time. I am all for having fun at work, but this was ridiculous. I ended up canceling the cut as I honestly didn't trust the stylist with the cut. Good thing too as the color is wrong... I don't want to even go back to have them attempt to fix it. Please save yourself the money and the experience and go elsewhere.

As a natural red head I made the mistake during COVID to go blonde (at a different salon). It was not a good look for me. Sarah was able to get my natural color to come back out. She continues to do amazing things!!

I highly recommend Lauren for coloring, cuts and style! She did a phenomenal job on my hair! I love it!

I’m from California, aka the most expensive state in the nation, and I am from one of the most expensive areas in California. EVEN THERE, I did not pay $50-$60 (+ tip) for a men’s FADE. This isn’t even a full haircut, it’s just the sides. Imagine my shock when I was quoted the above prices over the phone. No thanks.

I really enjoyed working with Halle on my haircut! She understood my short/long term hair goals/dilemmas and it was an informative exchange, as well. I have had good experiences at Urban Euphoria. Halle is my go-to, if she is available.

I wasn’t so happy about my haircut and also they charged me $87 for the haircut. I was shocked when she said that because I never ever paid more than $50 for a haircut. When I asked about it , she said it depends upon the hair length . Seriously? Will never go back to this place .

Scalp treatment with scalp massage and styling. Erin was great! She had me almost in tears with how careful and caring her scalp massage was.
