I've had my Hilux for 5 months now and have had no issues. I dealt with both Alex & Adam, but Adam for the most part and can't speak highly enough of their customer service. They were both so very accommodating and patient. This was my 1st big purchase & 1st 4WD, so It was daunting and I was nervous of being sold a lemon. Adam could not have looked after me any better he went above and beyond. I am so so happy with my Hilux and glad I made the purchase here. Thanks, a tonne guys! :)
Adam and Alex from Automaven 4x4 where very helpful and trustworthy blokes. I purchased a Toyota hilux sr5 had a leaking diff which they fixed straight away and i was happy with there services. It was like ive known for a long time very understanding to thanks boys i recommended highly to anyone to purchase a vehicle from these guys.
Didn't think it was possible. Purchased a vehicle from Auto Maven 4x4 without an inspection nor a test drive. The entire process was based on photos and Alex's ( salesperson) word. In a nutshell - TRUST. The vehicle was delivered on the specified date. It was exactly as described. Needless to say, Alex is an incredibly honest person, so much so, that other dealers could and should learn from this person.
Would I recommend Auto Marven 4x4 ? Absolutely Yes!
If you're sceptical about buying a 4x4 vehicle then this is the place to go. They take time with you and give you lots of options in terms of what they can add to the vehicles. Service was great from start to finish. Bought a Mitsubishi Triton, had a small issue with the wheels after the first weekend but Adam got it sorted very quickly. Can't fault them at all.
I cannot recommend anyone anymore than Adam at Automaven 4x4! Came in to have a look at some cars a couple of months back and knew I could trust him right from the start. He is really personable and so honest about not only the good things but the bad things that you might come to expect with the vehicles. I purchased a Ford Ranger XLT 2019 from him and it hasn’t missed a beat. I love it! Got a really good deal too! Thanks mate.
Id been looking for a good reliable ute for a awhile now and i came aross a ute on carsales gave them i a ring they where really polite over the phone and very helpful throughout the whole process, being that i live 5 hours away from the location i didnt want to drive down twice to look at the vehicle and then come back to get, they were more then happy for me to come down once if i was happy to take it with me. Over all very good customer service, also a heap of photos where supplied on inquiry. if your in the market for a solid and reliable vehicle i definitely recommend giving Auto Maven 4x4 a ring.
So I’m no motor head and definitely not really a 4 x 4 bush bashing bandit but I bought THA coolest black 2016 triton off auto maven. Alex Seamlessly talked me into purchasing after a good couple of visits and a test run, these men are absolute gentleman. I was stoked to be driving a brand new second hand thumper of a machine I now call BAMBALAM… but that’s not what gets me with these boys.
After just under 2 months of driving my new 4 x 4 I began having a slight issue with the DPF light. I contacted auto maven about it and both Adam and Alex absolutely did everything they could to help me fix the issue which turned out to be quite minor. They went above and beyond to help me even though they were not obligated to. I felt I was being helped by some mates that I knew for ages. Even gave them a hug on the way out.
These kind of people are rare these days. Genuine, gentlemen and respectful at all times.
I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a 4WD.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Ranger with great warranty, few months later and it hasn't missed a beat.
The guys were honest and super helpful from the first phone call to the end of the sale, post-sale service is excellent also.
