Triple A service. Right from the friendly and knowledgeable girls at the front counter to the boys out the back. Had a few issues with my patrol, nothing was a problem. All fixed and a very happy customer. If you have a problem with your vehicle go see these guys.

This is a copy of the email I sent them today. Outstanding service. Hi. Good old honest customer service. Staff who actually care and go the extra mile!! Can I tell you this is unheard of in this modern age. From my first phone call to you months ago to enquire about getting 4 x immobilisers installed, to getting them actually installed and then to today. Absolute awesome service. Today I called about my sons little car having starting issues. ?? the immobiliser. He called you late today after uni placement and your staff tried to help over the phone. When that was unsuccessful you sent out a technician to see him outside business hours and got him going. That is 100% going above and beyond. As I am away I can't thank you enough. Please keep up this level of customer service. It is what makes you stand out amongst other businesses. I will be putting up a review that will reflect my email and be assured everyone I know in Cairns will also know about you. Again thank you. Kind regards

I needed a cable with bigger diameter crimped and looked around several shops in Cairns, but no one could help me. When I came to Cairns Customs, hoping that they can help me right away because I needed this cable ASAP, they cared really much even though their schedule was very full. They did very good work and I’m glad that they prioritised my little problem, knowing beforehand that they won’t charge me any money for it. Thank you so much, you are true heroes!

This place took my car in September 2023, never started working on it til mid October which I was fine with. They told me they had sent my ECU to Brisbane however I have now come to find they completely lied to me about this, and it was sent to Victoria. If they lie about small things I knew there were more lies. They never called for an update unless I called first. They had my car for about 4 and a half months and completely stuffed me around, I have now had to buy a new car. If you’re a woman or especially a younger woman I WOULD NEVER COME TO CAIRNS CUSTOMS. Their company is foul.

There was a discrepancy between us (as customers) and a third party business who contracted Cairns customs. Upon consultation with this Cairns Customs, they were committed to quality customer service, finding and offering solutions and clear communication. I would be more than happy to work directly with Cairns Customs again.

Chantelle was really helpful and professional she had a great understanding of what was needed to give me the best possible outcome for my sound system aswell as the technicians they had a high level of knowledge and took the time to go above and beyond to explain everything to me so i could make the best decision based on what to do for my set up in my Ute even though they were busy they made time to fit me in.
