Richard and Dave is an exceptional first aid class instructors.They brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their classes, and their passion for teaching is truly inspiring. Richard and Dave they both make complex topics easy to understand with clear explanations and practical demonstrations. Their friendly and approachable manner puts everyone at ease, making the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. The teacher Tulika is a professional instructor. She taught with professional knowledge and practical skills that save lives. I took the first aid training two years ago, I am so surprised that this time I learned much more skills can be used in different situations. Just one thing, it's too much information at the same time.

Today I completed First Aid/CPR training with instructor Richard, and I have to say it was really good experience. His real-life experiences added so much value to the lessons, making the training not just informative but also memorable. It was clear that he truly cares about ensuring we understand the techniques and the importance of each step in saving a life. I walked away feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency, thanks to his hands-on approach and insightful guidance. Highly recommend this course, and especially Richard as an instructor!

Mandeep Kaur was my instructor at the Richmond location and I must say she did an excellent job, she was well prepared and went at a good pace explaining each and every step clearly. Just wow. I have never experienced a CPR course that was so engaging, fun, and informative. Our teacher Tulika has a gift for teaching. She is very intelligent and made the process extremely cohesive and organized. I felt like I could ask her anything. I feel empowered with this training! I told her when I left that she should teach nursing… hopefully she becomes a doctor! Thank you Vancouver First Aid, you will have my business forever!
