Very professional, the team works to make you feel very comfortable and answer all of your questions, no matter how many you have. Thank you Janet and Giovanni for always making me feel welcome. I was apprehensive about the massages but Nubia has been amazing. There is no doubt, these massages could be difficult, however crucial to your recovery and final outcome. Nubia is very thorough, explaining as we go the importance and even tips for at home massaging to avoid hard lumps. She takes her time and really makes you feel comfortable all the while explaining the process of the body healing. She has a wealth of knowledge. Dr. Rivas, Dr. Johanna thank you so much for being so dedicated and professional and I commend you on such a wonderful staff! Mara I didn't forget you! During the procedure, nurse Mara was very reassuring and loving, though I was out of it lol the moments with you I remember I felt safe. Highly recommend this entire team!

Nothing other than “extremely satisfied” would describe my experience with Vanitas. Prior to them, I’ve never had anything done, but after not being able to get rid of stubborn fat in my abdomen, I decided “why not”. From the time I stepped in the front door, the team was friendly, informative and realistic. Their ability to calm my nerves prior was amazing and ultimately the end product is something I will be happy with forever. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

Great Experience, Awesome staff!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My experience at Vanitas was excellent from my consultation to the my post-op massages! The entire staff was awesome! Janet was extremely informative with what to expect during and after my procedure. I can't thank them enough for my new body and new found confidence! My only regret is that I didn't go see them sooner! Thank you again for everything!

Horrible place, no more than 2 months ago I had a BBL, what happened was they did not did it evenly and left me with one side bigger than the other one. After I complaint they told me I signed a consent and all they had to offer was to re do the surgery at a lower cost.

Extremely unprofessional and butchers. Horrible surgery. I advise everyone to stay away from this place, they will tell you they are going to do something and in the surgery they will change the plan complete. STAY AWAY

Love my results! I got a BBL and lipo and it was the best decision to chose them, they have such a great team. They take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informed. The doctors understood exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 experience overall
