We had the opportunity to work with Joshua David on our mortgage for our new home we purchased a few years ago. Josh was highly recommended. We could not have been more satisfied with his level of service, knowledge and expertise in the industry. He provided us with numerous loan options that worked best for my husband and I. In addition, we wanted to close on the new house in a month since we didn't want to pay another month of storage, and Josh was able expedite our loan in less than a month! Perfectly seamless and had no issues at all at closing. He is also very accessible and responsive. I would call him day and night (after business hours) and was always available. Josh is also very proactive. He had reached out to us about a year after we closed, to inform us of the new interest rates so we wouldn't miss out the new rates. Above & BeyondAbove & Beyond Joshua went above and beyond what I had expected from a lender. I had gone through a previous home purchase & refinancing with another lender and had average experiences with both (one was just barely mediocre!) But the support that Joshua provided blew me away. He not only came up with creative ways of negotiating closing costs and reducing the out-of-pocket costs to me, but also talked me through multiple ways of leveraging the resources I had available to me to get the most out of my loan and those resources. I would, without a doubt, go with Joshua again.

From the beginning of the process (before I was even sure I was going to buy a home) Joshua spent time talking me through the whole process over several homes, and helped me understand what my monthly payment would be with various example properties. When it came to buying a home, Joshua was on top of everything. I never waited longer than an hour to hear back from him. He is also one of the few lenders who understands how to work with coops, which was a huge plus for me. Most coops have short lists of approved vendors, and he worked with the building to get his name added before the question even came up. One of the best lenders in the DC area.
