Lisa saved the day! After another mortgage company failed to order a VA appraisal (and we were a week away from closing), Lisa swept in. She rush-ordered the appraisal. The appraiser came the next day, turned in his report two days later, and the property closed without a hiccup. From the first call till closing, it was only 12 days. On a VA Loan. Incredible!!
