I can honestly sum it up very simply. Use Shannon, don't use anyone else. My experience with Shannon is that I've bought 2 homes with her handling both mortgages in the last few years, and she was nothing short of awesome. She made the process (both of them) nothing but literally as simple and easy and the least stressful as it possibly could be. Everything was on time. I never had to chase her down for anything.
